Returning customer. Causeway 353 Hotel is reliable, tucked away in a great spot of Melbourne clean and comfortable. I stay their often for work and it will continue to be my go to for a great stay.

The location was fantastic, in the immediate vicinity of a tonne of restaurants and walking distance from most shops and attractions. Water pressure in the shower was perfect, and the spa bath was a nice addition. Staff kept free tea and coffee topped up between days.
The tv is pretty much only usable with the “cast” feature, aka by broadcasting something from your phone, and the audio isn’t great. Room decor could use a bit of an update as well, but for the location it’s not much of an issue.
