Second time stayed here, comfortable beds.
Great venue, easy to find cafes, trams and Shopping'. Would stay there again. All reception and cleaning staff were all lovely.
Shower was hard to adjust to perfect temperature

Nice room, in an odd little commercial alley but with good walking access to downtown. Very nice lobby staff.
I had specifically asked for a bath tub because I hadn't had a bath in 2 months. What I got was more of a hot tub with a showe. The hot tub features obviously hadn't been used in a while because when I ran it dead bugs came out. Also, they did not have notice that you needed to close the door when running the shower, which was the only way to get water into the tub, and I accidentally tripped the fire alarm, which I wouldn' havet, if there had been signage as there is in the hotel I'm staying at now. I'm seriously surprised a nice hotel.Can't have a better bathroom exhaust system than that , but I also done understand why the only way to fill the tub with water was through the shower head.

The hotel was so central. Perfect location for everything we had to do. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the room was clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay there again.
Location - easy access to the CBD, theatres and lane ways for great out of the way restaurants.
I requested twin ( sisters travelling) but double was provided. The $100.00 deposit still hasn't been refunded to my account after 9 days, when I was told it would be returned within approx 48 hrs!!!!
Advise persons booking this hotel to beware of this system.
I've already called the hotel to complain, but was brushed off saying .....'refunds take time"!!!!!
PLUS the reception demanded by drivers licence and scanned it!!!!!!!
