Cons:

Bed was broke, the floor in front of our door was rotted felt like you were going to fall through every time you walked thru the door. Hair in the beds. Shower was filthy. Had to kill 3 spiders. very musky, moldy smell.

Highly recommend
Pros:

Front staff was professional, very kind and helpful. We had an issue with our TV not working. They attempted to fix it several times. They were not able to fix it. They gave us a new room without issue. The free breakfast was delicious. (Eggs, sausage, bagels, cereal, homemade waffles, coffee, juice) and plenty of seating area. The pool was nice and clean and the hot tub was enjoyable. There are vending machines throughout the hotel with drinks and a vending machine with snacks that takes cash only. I found a hotel room to be clean. The double bedrooms were small, but it did not matter to us because we were not in there long. I found the showers to be very spacious and not cramped. The beds were comfortable. The air condition was just right. The price is very reasonable and I would stay again. They did not have daily room service unless you asked. Wonderful place.!! Highly recommend.

Other then the few misshaps the stay was enjoyable, thank you!
Pros:

We loved the view and the balcony. Once e got the jets cleaned in the jacuzzi it was extremely relaxing and big enough for the two of us.

Cons:

The hard floors didn’t seemed swept or mopped as their was an others guests hair on the floor, in the shower and in the jacuzzi. On the first jacuzzi fill I turned on the jets so the bubbles would appear and there was a brown gunk coming from the jets. Being in early pregnancy I emptied it and started over again!

Hotel ligt op een mooie locatie, het is alleen wel een sterile wandering naar beneden richting de restaurants. Fijn hotel met geode voorzieningen en vriendelijk personeel, met name Angel 😉

Pros:

We popped quickly into our room to drop off bags before going back out. We should’ve looked it over better. We switched the TV on and all seemed well.
Got back after touring and the TV wouldn’t work. We called the front desk and they sent someone down. They unplugged the TV to reset it. It still wouldn’t work. Called the front desk to be moved. There were no available rooms. We were told they’d give us would give us 1/2 off, which never happened!!
The more we were in the room the worse it was. Ended up killing 2 spiders. The room was very tiny and not very clean. The bedside table hadn’t been washed off and was sticky. There were long black hairs on the bathroom floor.
Also, this hotel is not convenient. It is on top of a hill, so you don’t want to walk into town because you’ll have a long hike back up.

The location was absolutely perfect! We could see Mt.Rushmore from our room which was just so cool!

Cons:

A lot of things were not working. Pool heater was broke so the pool was ICE cold, ice machine on our floor didn’t work. Not big deal breakers though. And the breakfast was probably the worst hotel breakfast we’ve ever had. We are not fussy but the bread and bagels were all super hard, the only syrup they had for waffles was sugar free, and the eggs were so gross. Ever had square shaped eggs? Lol and they had a huge hair in them. Someone told the worker and they just pulled the hair out with a tonges and continued serving that tray of eggs. No yogurt or fruit. Just really subpar.

Poor breakfast, passably clean, freezing pool
Pros:

Decent sized rooms

Cons:

Pool was absolutely freezing.
Breakfast was very poor, felt like a child's breakfast and was all very unhealthy, low quality, and little fresh food (fruit was mostly frozen, yoghurt didn't taste/look like proper yogurt, fruit juice tasted artificial). It was also the same every day. I barely ate any of it and took just a banana on the last two days.
On check-in, the staff member on reception should have put the phone that rang on hold and served us and the other people in the queue with actual bookings before addressing the call about a future booking especially as we were in line prior to the call.
Room was not cleaned thoroughly, especially hairs on the bathroom floor and toilet seat. We even found a pair of headphones that weren't ours on the floor in the room showing it wasn't cleaned very well.
The fan in the room was so loud and even when turned off and unplugged there was some airvent there that was fairly loud even with ear plugs on.
