Cons:

Room was small, smelly like cigarettes. Bathroom had hairballs behind toilet. Bathroom toilet was moving because it wasn't attached to floor. There was gross, urine stained calk around toilet. Tiles on floor were cracked and chipped. One wall had a strip of broken plastic poking out. Just nasty. Pool area had baskets of dirty linens on one side. The room linens were dingy and it didn't feel clean. Hallway floor was squishy!

Good night's sleep high on the hill overlooking Keystone

Loved that it was close to town.

The rooms, the breakfast- not enough seating, our bedding was dirty and had to get a new one- the staff member who we talked to was rude about it.

Cons:

Not impressed with paying $400+ for a room with king bed and can barely walk cause of how small the room is. Toilet is basically in the shower. Very small inside the room.

Bad reception for TV viewing
Would not eat the eggs and sausage for breakfast. Cold when it comes out. If it does come out hot it is not maintained at correct temp for service (I’ve been a servsafe manager for 15 years)
Trash cans in breakfast area were not wiped down on the outside for the 4 mornings we were there, how often are they cleaned on the inside
Very poorly planned parking
area.
Very small rooms.

Paid in advance, otherwise I would have found another hotel

Cons:

Flies in the room, curtains falling off, animal hair everywhere in the room, shower didn't drain, tv reception would go out every 30 seconds and the room was so small it felt like a jail cell. The staff didn't even know what down was or what hypoallergenic meant, They were rude and unaccommodating. And the ice machine didn't even work.
