Pros:

The location is so convenient , next to tram , shops and restaurants . staff are very friendly and very helpful , you feel you are home . Breakfast is tasty .
Clean rooms . Thank you to Sema , she made sure that we have a comfortable stay . My third time staying in this hotel. Will come again.

Excelent location, tram 1 ~200m away, subway ~600 m away, easy to walk to both Haga Sophia and to the water front. Plenty of options to eat in the neighborhood, both local places and restaurants. Small shop just downstairs. Decent breakfast. We did like staying in the hotel.

Cons:

One of the AC did not work (we had 2 rooms). Limited amenities.

A reggeli nagyon finom volt, nagyon bőséges volt a választék.
A személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt.
Jó helyen volt a szálloda.

Cons:

Hangos volt a szoba. Nagyon lehetett hallani a villamost, de ami még ennél is zavaróbb volt, hogy a felettünk lévő szobában megszálló vendégeket oly mértékben lehetett hallani, mintha egy légtérben lettünk volna.
