Very clean, lovely pool and not far from city

Amazing property, very kind & helpful staff. The breakfast options were delicious! The pool was a refreshing retreat throughout the day and taking the bus into downtown was a breeze.
A lovely hotel with an intimate feeling. All the staff were lovely and helpful and the pool was a godsend as we stayed during the heatwave so we stayed alot at the hotel rather than travelling into Florence. Lovely gardens with plenty of room for all guests. The food was excellent with good helpings and inexpensive - we (a couple) ate and drank there for 4
days/nights for just under £400. There are lots of nice gardens around the hotel, good for little walks. Should you wish to travel into Florence then there is a bus stop immediately outside the hotel which you can take for E1.70 per person; a taxi will cost around E20. Loved it and would definitely stay again.
We found everything to be lovely - some people may prefer a hot meal option which is not available.

The staff was wonderful, amazing hotel, clean, neat and quiet. Resting at the pool side after a day of sightseeing was a treat. The breakfast buffet was beautiful with lots to offer. Loved our room with the balcony. The hotel is next to Boboli Gardens. The charm of the hotel is that it is set on the hill above the city. Each morning we walked down to the city and it was very easy to grab a cab or bus in the evening to get back to the hotel.
We loved the Park Palace because it felt like an escape from the crowds without being far from the centre of Florence. After a day exploring the city, coming back to the gardens, the pool and the peaceful surroundings made all the difference. It had real character and charm rather than feeling like another modern hotel, and we found ourselves looking forward to returning each afternoon. It struck a balance between being close enough to everything whilst still feeling calm and relaxed. It’s one of those places that becomes part of the holiday rather than just somewhere to sleep.

Tout était parfait ! Le personnel est aux petits soins chaque jour. La chambre 102 était magnifique, le petit-déjeuner très varié et copieux ! La villa est sublime, dans un style bien florentin. La piscine est un vrai plus les jours de forte chaleur !

Die ruhige Lage, das sehr charmante alte Gebäude. Sehr sehr nettes Personal, auch schon seit Jahren dort beschäftigt. Frühstück super. Der Pool hat uns an den heißen Tagen bei knapp 40 Grad gerettet.
Man muss sich bewusst sein, dass man mindestens 30 min. (zurück dann bergauf) in die Stadt läuft. Wir finden das klasse. Ist aber evtl. nicht jedermanns Sache.
It was incredible! Everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was super friendly and helpful, the hotel was beautiful, the setting was gorgeous, and we loved it so much we stayed there twice in the same trip.
