Pros:

Great location close to transport and main attractions, but due to that its also expensive around. The bed was very comfy and staff nice.

Cons:

The breakfast was ok, but there was no normal coffee or lactose free milk options, the terrace is very nice but they close it in the evening. The hairdryer in our room barely worked and there was only one small window.

Pros:

Very good hotel! They organize airport transfers, are always available and ready to help. The room had a clean and nice shower with good water pressure, a comfortable soft bed, and a kettle with coffee and tea. We also really enjoyed the breakfast — there was a great variety and plenty of food. Highly recommended!

Sve u svemu ok, ali je cijena mogla biti manja za sobu kakva je bila. Spa nismo koristili.
Pros:

Lokacija je jako dobra, pozicija i blizina marmaraya top. Lijep ambijent okolo, sve dostupno. Pogled iz sobe na Galata kulu.

Cons:

Bolje da smo uzeli opciju bez doručka, nismo jeli nijedno jutro. Malo, tijesno i već dosta ostarjelo kupatilo, prejak zvuk ventilacije u kupatilu i mala soba.

اول شى الموقع جميل جدا وثاني شى الموظفين في غاية الادب ومحترمين وخصوصا مستر علي شخص بشوش ولطيف ومبتسم ومحترم جدا وقد ساعدنا كثيرا وكلما نحتاج الى شى يساعدنا به واما النظافة عالي جدا

İkinci olarak, personel son derece nazik ve saygılı; özellikle de neşeli, kibar, her daim güler yüzlü ve çok nazik biri olan Sayın Ali; kendisi inanılmaz derecede yardımseverdi ve ne zaman bir şeye ihtiyacımız olsa bize yardımcı oldu. Temizlik konusuna gelince, standartlar çok yüksek ve kahvaltı mükemmel.

Мебель устаревшая и номер требуется ремонт, нет мусорного ящика, нет зубной пасты, всегда во всех отелях были зубные пасты, мы не взяли, а получилось надо было взять с собой.
