Great location as close to freeway and easy to get to outlet shopping, rooms spacious and very clean, staff friendly and checked if all was ok after we settled in - truly great service.

오전에 도착해서 캐리어만 맡기고 베네치아로 가려고 했는데 체크인을 해 주셨어요.
생각보다 규모가 크고 시설이 좋습니다.

Cons:

호텔 앞에 버스정류장이 있지만 베네치아까진 거리가 있습니다.

Good facilities and close to transport.
Pros:

The hotel is a typical corporate style hotel, has all the facilities but is quite bland. The restaurant is quite good, but can be understaffed on a busy night. There is a bus stop right out front which takes you into Venice, very convenient and you can buy your tickets at the hotel. A good shopping centre is close by (walking distance) with quite a few food options to choose from. The price is $$$.

Cons:

The corporate look. And a bit expensive.

Une première nuitée ++ , uns seconde nuitée -- mais au final tout finis bien
Pros:

Dans une précédente appréciation ,j'ai signalé ma déception suite à une 2eme nuitée, car le niveau de standing était clairement inférieur à la précédent nuitée, consécutivement à ma demande d'une chambre avec douche. Au moment de notre départ la Front office Manager a souhaité avoir des explications sur mon mécontentement et nous nous sommes expliqués. Bien que je n'ai pas demandé de rabais ou de remise compensatoire, celle-ci, spontanément, m'a proposé un rabais significatif et m,a offert un cadeau de départ, qu'avec des excuses j'aurais trouvé suffisant. Merci Mme TERRIN, votre attitude est conforme à un établissement de cette catégorie. Félicitations

Excelent hotel. Short walking distance from a large shoping center,with many options for dining. Also short walk to the "Mestre ospadle" train staion , 10 minutes ride to Venice Santa lucia main teain station,which makes it very easy to get into venice for your sightseeing tour.

Grande chambre avec un salon. Lit très confortable et des petits plus: Machine à expresso, cadeau de bienvenue, produits d'hygiène conséquents, espace fumeur verdoyant, personnel au petit déjeuner bienveillant
