Cons:

A limpeza do banheiro durante a estadia. Quando chegamos estava tudo muito limpo.
Mas durante a hospedagem no apto 706, só repunham o papel higiênico e os sachês de shampoo e sabonetes, mas o chão, ficou cheio de cabelos, ciscos.
Acho que o box doeu apto tinha problemas, pois vazava agua do banho para fora. Essa água vazava entre os vidros do box.
Do lado de fora do box, após o banho ficava uma poça de agua. E com isso, tapete do banheiro molhava.
Então, o banheiro não ficava com cara de arrumado ou limpo. E o tapete ficou sujo, porque estava úmido pela água que vazava e quando pisavamos, marcava de sapato.
Acho que poderiam organizar melhor o banheiro, não todo dia, mas talvez dia sim dia não.

Precisa de algus reparos no wuRto com poltrona que estava rasgada. Paredes necitam tb um retoque. Toalhas e cobertor puidos. E amenities muito ruim. E por exemplo pedimos copos de vidro e nao tinham nos deram de plastico.

Pros:

Cordialidade, funcionários maravilhosos, muito solicitos, café da manhã excelente. Jantamos todas as noites no hotel, cardápio variado e ótima comida.

Cons:

O travesseiro do meu quarto era duro, me incomodou um pouco, mas não pedi para trocar e o nosso quarto era virado para a rua que tinha uma bar com música ao vivo na esquina, isso me incomodou para dormir porque tenho dificuldades para dormir, mas o familiar que estava comigo não se incomodou.

A acústica do hotel deixa a desejar. Escutei sons, ruídos, chuveiro ligado de outro apto.
A opção de jantar é ótima, mas além do horário bem curto, os funcionários param para jantar no meio do turno.. faz sentido??
