Categories

Cleanliness
9
Multiple guests repeatedly praised cleanliness: 'Everything clean', 'very clean', 'room really clean', 'property was clean' — overall very positive despite one comment about shower staining.
Service
9
Consistent praise for staff: 'helpful and kind', 'outstanding', 'very friendly', good reception and restaurant staff — service is a strong point.
Location
8.5
Several mentions of convenient/excellent location and nearby restaurants; well-located for friends/family and easy access to area amenities.
Room Quality
6.5
Mixed to negative comments about rooms: broken/leaking showers (including inability to bathe), firm beds, room smelled of cleaning product, poor view and an instance of incorrect room allocation — room quality brought the rating down.
Amenities
8.5
Positive notes on pool, grounds, bar and attractive lobby; facilities are generally well-regarded by guests.
Value for Money
7.5
One review explicitly called it 'affordable' and others were positive overall, but room issues and intermittent problems reduce perceived value slightly.
Food and Beverage
8.5
Multiple strong comments about breakfast ('fantastic', 'excellent') and positive remarks about restaurant staff; F&B is a clear strength.
Overall Experience
6.5
Overall guest impressions are mixed: many enthusiastic comments about staff, cleanliness and location, but impactful negatives (broken showers, room smell/bed firmness, room allocation issues) lowered the overall experience for some guests.

I enjoyed my stay. Good location
Pros:

Everything clean. The staff were very nice, helpful, and respectful.

Cons:

The shower was damaged and looked dirty. It was clean though, looked like it had some stains. No big deal though

Excellent facilities. Will choose Hilton Garden again and again.
Pros:

Did not eat breakfast. Location was easy to access and the grounds were beautiful.

Cons:

A recliner in the handicapped rooms would be nice. Older people that need assistance with a wheelchair usually have leg and feet problems. Being able to recline and elevate their legs really helps them to relax. Hard to do on the bed.
