La ubicación.

Cons:

Lamentablemente, nuestra experiencia con el servicio no estuvo a la altura. El personal de recepción se mostró distante y poco predispuesto a ayudar o brindar explicaciones. Además, debido a un error en la cartelería informativa del hotel, perdimos la oportunidad de desayunar. Al plantear esta situación en recepción, nos encontramos con una total falta de empatía e interés por solucionar el malentendido o pedir disculpas. Una pena, ya que la atención al cliente debería ser una prioridad.

Emplacement exceptionnel en plein centre de Stockholm, proche de la gare à pied pour rejoindre facilement l'aéroport en moins de 30 minutes! Tous commerces et lieux d'intérêt à proximité. Chambre vaste et confortable.

Not too bad but I wouldn't go there again.

Baby crib as promised. Decent sized room

Cons:

I specifically asked for a room away from noise because we were travelling with a newborn. But we got a room next to a very busy road.
Also the facilities are not stroller-friendly, e.g. can't take the stroller to the breakfast room (staircase access only).
The room needs some care, e.g. old windows that don't shut off the noise very well. The room also needs some paint, restoring the flooring and just some care in general.
The bathroom was tiny and is not made for people taller than 185cm or heavier than 130kg because you couldn't sit on the toilet straight.

Pros:

Příjemný hotel v centru, 10 min od hlavního nádraží, 15 min do starého města. Malý čistý pokoj, vybavení starší, ale postele pohodlne. Snídaně dostačující. Personál příjemný, v hale zdarma voda, káva, čaj. Okolí rušné, ale v noci klid.

Das Hotel ist mitten im Zentrum von Stockholm und man konnte viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

V tomto hotelu jsme se ubytovali již podruhé. Perfektní lokalita, výborná snídaně, příjemná personál a dostačující vybavení pokoje, kde nechybí nic důležitého. Opět bychom se vrátili.
