O atendimento da recepção a tarde qdo chegamos , muito simpáticas.
A roupa de cama estava limpissima.

Cons:

O Hotel sempre foi nossa primeira opção em São José dos Pinhais, mas agora a manutenção não está em dia.
No nosso qto a cama não estava bem arrumada, apesar de estar td limpinho...
No banheiro a pintura,estava descascando ...
O café da manhã foi bem fraco.
Os funcionários estavam perto mas no buffet, faltavam vários pegadores, colheres, sache de açúcar e o café acabou rapidinho.
Ficou um aspecto ruim..um grill jogado na bancada com a tomada arrancada da parede.
Ficou a desejar.

Num geral, boa. Poderia ser melhor se o colchão fosse mais confortável.

Funcionários muito prestativos e educados. Decoração do hotel bonita, dos quartos nem tanto.
Café da manhã bom.

Cons:

Pelo custo da diária, o colchão poderia ter um pillow top. Outros hotéis na mesma faixa de preço disponibilizam camas mais confortáveis. E o cheiro dos ralos dos banheiros eram desagradáveis demais.

Hotel muito bonito e dentro do padrão de qualidade da rede Nacional Inn. Quarto moderno, espaçoso, bem limpo e confortável. Cama excelente, iluminação agradável e ambiente silencioso para descanso. Localização muito prática para quem precisa acessar o aeroporto. Atendimento cordial e estrutura muito boa.
