Good location/staff not friendly
Pros:

Location. Walking distance to the beach and 5 mile drive to the Wharf.

Cons:

The desk agent that checked us in wasn’t friendly snd took s long time. When we arrived, no greeting. I gave her my name and she said something about restarting the system. It seemed like we waited a long time. My husband finally asked what she was doing snd shortly after, she asked for I.D and checked us in. Same with checkout. There were multiple employees at the desk at checkout. Granted one of them was having a conversation with another guest, so I later d the keys dow beside them and left. I didn’t get the feeling we were appreciated or welcomed

Very nice Hotel to stay in and will definitely stay there again when traveling to the Gulf.
Pros:

Very close to where I was going and property was very nice.

I loved watching the turtles.
Pros:

It was quite and had a breakfast included in the price.

Cons:

All hotel rooms are expensive but this one wasn't even on the beach and it almost $300.00.

Pros:

This is the hotel I always stay in..I love the fact that it's not actually on the beachfront and I love to walk over to the beach and come back getting some steps in....This is an AMAZING hotel..staff so friendly and helpful on EVERY level!!

Cons:

Breakfast was great if you went when they first brought the food out...I was soooo disappointed that they couldn't keep the food stocked.. No waffle mix several times when it was roughly 45 minutes left before breakfast was over... No waffle mix was brought back out...Maybe it should be 2 ppl to tend to that task alone because the high traffic of breakfast being served either 2 ppl should help stock or more things should be prepped to not run out..several guests were disappointed behind this..
