Our stay although short was pleasant and peaceful.
Pros:

The location was easy to get to from the train station by walking. Also it was close to many eating places and for site-seeing Niigata.

You cannot control the room temperature, it was way too hot
Pros:

The location was great, the station, the shopping centers, restaurant and ferry were all easily reachable

Cons:

The room was ridiculously hot and we could not turn off the central heating system, all the staff could do was bring out a fan. The fact that you can't even open a window or turn the AC on to cold at the ed of March is ridiculous and it made us not spend much time in the room. The breakfast was also not as good as other Crowe Plaza hotels we've stayed at.
