Pros:

The room was clean. Breakfast was terrible and the front desk staff acted like I was an inconvenience.

Cons:

That the flag was flown upside down, the rudeness of the front desk crew and the breakfast was terrible.

A nightmare
Cons:

I was given a double door share room, I asked to change room and I was placed in another room with a noisy cooler and a restroom with cracked and unglued tiles. Will not stay here again. Facility is deteriorating.

My stay was wonderful and I will come back again soon
Pros:

I left in a rush I didn’t eat breakfast, maybe next time. I had an early flight to catch. I like the way they welcomed me from the television screen, that was a nice surprise.

Cons:

I didn’t like the on going construction, because I couldn’t find the entrance, the sign is faded and I got lost my gps took me somewhere else.

Pros:

Great hotel and Mark in guest services was so helpful. We left items in our room by mistake and Mark helped us after we we left to get them returned.
