La posizione centrale e comoda sia per i siti da visitare che per i mezzi

purtroppo nella mia camera non funzionava l'aria condizionata.. abbiamo avuto 5 giorni con una media di 40 gradi!! nonostante lo abbia fatto presente da subito, non mi è stata offerta nessuna soluzione ...se non l'ultima notte, insistendo, mi hanno portato un piccolo ventilatore. Non sono solita lamentarmi ma con il caldo purtroppo di questo periodo (3-7 Agosto)
è stato davvero un disagio pesante in più la cosa è stata presa con molta leggerezza... alla fine ho scelto un 4 stelle non un ostello, non mi aspettavo un trattamento così.

Очень грязно, плесень, сломан кондиционер который не работают! Ужасный запах! Мы сделали все фото, они у нас есть. Мы сразу уехали в другой отель. Верните нам пожалуйста деньги. Это обман!!!

Recomand dar fiți foarte atenți când rezervați!
Pros:

Amplasare apropiată de Parlament (14 minute de mers pe jos), în vecinătate găsiți un supermarket, foarte curat, nu necesită renovare, personal amabil, mic dejun nu foarte variat.

Cons:

Am rezervat 2 camere pentru 4 persoane. Se pare că la hotel s-au înregistrat doar 2 persoane, ceea ce a implicat costuri suplimentare și mi-a creat un mare inconvenient. Înainte de plecare am sunat la hotel și mi s-a confirmat rezervarea pentru 4 persoane cu mic dejun. Am selectat acest hotel fiindcă oferea balcon (pe booking), dar nici urmă de balcon. Aerul condiționat abia se simte în cameră (afară aveam cam 40 de grade). Nu oferă papuci de casă, nici măcar o apă în cameră (apa de la robinet este potabilă). Nu știu dacă episodul cu rezervarea este o eroare a booking-ului sau a hotelului dar oricum e neplăcută.

Sem dúvida o atendimento do gerente de recepção Peter que solucionou um probleminha pontual com a maior educação, gentileza e celeridade, destacando também a Anna que trabalha na recepção que nos acompanhou até o quarto para verificar se está tudo em ordem.

Os ralos do box a água não escoa e fica uma inundação nos nossos pés.

Zentrales Hotel mit angemessenem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, jedoch etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
Pros:

Hübsches, etwa in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Das Zimmer hatte eine angenehme Größe und war sauber. Sehr zentrale Lage. Insgesamt ein angemessenes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Cons:

Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr lieblos angerichtet und hatte auch nur eine begrenzte Auswahl.

Pros:

Die Zimmer waren optisch schön eingerichtet und verfügten über einen Kühlschrank. Die Betten waren bequem. Die zentrale Lage war super.

Cons:

Der Regler für Klimaanlage war kaputt, sodass es sehr warm in dem Zimmer war. Trotzdem hat die Klimaanlage ständig Geräusche gemacht.
Wir hatten leere Pflandpflaschen auf unserem Tisch und als wir am Abend wieder kamen, waren die Pflandpflaschen weg. Wir haben das Personal nicht gebeten diese zu entsorgen bzw. abzugeben.

Apesar de se encontrar a ser alvo de requalificação em algumas partes, o espaço é muito agradável e gostámos muito da sala de jogos, especialmente do snooker.
