The dinner of the Half-board service is provided by Matula Bistro, which is opposite to the hotel, only a few meters from there. The price includes 3 courses menu from a la carte without drink.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. El personal de recepción
El colchón nos hizo daño en las costillas por los muelles.
Son muy antiguos o no se le ha dado la vuelta nunca. Cosa que hicimos para poder dormir mejor
La ubicación es su punto fuerte, cerca de todo tipo de atracciones turísticas, tiene un bar con cafés, cervezas etc. El personal de recepción es muy amable y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Las camas son cómodas. Baño limpio y funcional. El hotel es perfecto para una escapada con amigos o familia.
El hotel necesita una actualización, la moqueta del suelo esta bastante sucia. Las toallas son papel de fumar, necesitan un cambio urgente. El desayuno es escaso y de poca variedad, se quedaban sin vasos constantemente (igual que las tazas), las chicas que lo atienden van bastante agobiadas y eso hace que la simpatía no sea su fuerte. Al haber poca variedad de desayuno la calidad podría subir un poco.

1 Air Con was useless. Told reception who said somebody would look at it but nothing done.
2 Tried to go to the bar on the 8th Oct for a last drink. It was 11.05PM and we were told that reception had closed the bar and it could not be reopened. Bar times are shown as opening until midnight.
3 Breakfast very poor. We went out on 1 day to get breakfast elsewhere.

La ubicación es muy buena. Muy tranquilo y sin ruido.
El desayuno también estaba bastante bien.
Aún no me han devuelto 100e de fianza que me hicieron pagar al entrar. Tampoco he visto que Booking té ponga que te lo cobran en ningún lado aunque ellos me dijeron que sí.
Nos dieron una habitación doble con camas individuales que eran ínfimas aunque al menos eran cómodas

Довольно старый и обшарпанный, цена могла бы быть и пониже.
Хотела е на добро място-централно . Тихо и лесно се намира паркинг. Мили и отзивчиви от екипа на рецепцията. Стаята беше чиста .Доволни сме и бихме посетители отново хотела.
I think the breakfast could be better , you could have loseboiled eggs as alternative, the toaster was very slow. It was a bit cold in the breakfast area. The Coffee machine had no sting to it, when I choosed Coffee latte it was to much Milk so I had to blend in an espresso.

The staff was helpful and competent. The location is perfect. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise.
The room was sub standard, mainly in furniture and carpeting. The carpet is dirty, faded and worn. The couch is old, stained with holes in fabric. We would not even sit on it so spent entire stay sitting on the bed. The bed also needs to be upgraded. In general the rooms and the hallways need to be renovated and brought up to date.

The location is awesome - it's an absolute city center, near all the touristic attractions, but the street is quiet and safe. However, the room we got was a little worn out. We were asked to pay an extra 15 euro per day for a dog, which is fair, but also to "block" 100 euro for potential damage, but a regular payment is shown in my account history (which is a little sketchy for me). To sum up - it's not Ritz, but the location is top.
We arrived unbooked, tired, past midnight, and were helped to book a room by lovely night staff who spoke perfect English.
A clean, comfy, quiet room after a long day was a perfect antidote and a great start to our holiday.
