The hotel has a great location, just a few steps from the central station, and the room was generally clean.
Check-in and breakfast take place at another hotel, and there is usually no staff on-site, which makes the hotel feel rather abandoned.
When I arrived, I was unable to check in for quite some time due to a staff error. I was sent back and forth between the two hotels, which was both frustrating and inconvenient. Eventually, I received a room upgrade as an apology, but this was something I had to suggest myself rather than something proactively offered by the staff. The staff showed little concern about the situation, even when I made it clear that I could cancel my booking without any fee and book another hotel instead.
There is only one vending machine, offering soft drinks, water, and junk food, with no healthier alternatives available. There were also no slippers provided in the room.
Breakfast was average and nothing particularly special.

Everything was good and clean, but the room was slightly outdated, and we also expected a coffee machine (which we saw in the photos), but there was only a kettle. Overall, it was a nice stay. You could also have access to a free hamam/sauna area in the neighboring hotel—Radisson Blue. You get to check-in at this hotel as well, not at the Park Inn itself. Stuff was also friendly and professional.
Just a quick note; the hotel located next to the main train station, so be aware of lots of noise outside.
