There are no lifts if you do not stay on the ground floor and you have to carry your luggage up the stairs.

The hotel seriously needs refurbishment. The carpets are worn and furniture dilapidated. Not on Protea hotel standards.

Misunderstanding about us paying for one person for breakfast even though I booked and paid for 2. I wanted to use the hairdryer and it hah dust on it, maybe it should be kept in the drawer to prevent that again

I was given a room that was already allocated to someone else with a note addressed to Mr Miya and when i finally got a different room there was an empty bottle of water at the door and the pillow cases were dirty
The breakfast was awesome, the beds were comfy and it was perfect for a one night stop over. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
