The hotel cannot accept check-ins any later than 22:00. Please note that this property cannot accommodate hen and stag parties. Parking is on street and parking vouchers are available from reception. A credit/debit card or cash must be presented at check-in (does not need to be the same card used to make the reservation). Please note we cannot take payment from a card prior to arrival without the card being present. In this event we can send an online invoice with a link to an online payment gateway so the reservation can be paid prior to arrival. Once booked, please contact the hotel for details. Please note groups of over 6 people cannot be accommodated. Our free onsite car park is ample to accommodate most of our guests however we are unable to guarantee a space.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja hotelu. Duży, przestronny pokój-mieliśmy pokój 3 osobowy i naprawdę było dużo miejsca. Nie korzystaliśmy ze śniadań.

Location. The location is quiet which was a positive.
Room was very small. Beds were very uncomfortable and the carpets need changed, many stains. Not value for

I loved the location. Only a 15-minute walk to the city centre and the University. I loved how cozy my room was as well. I also loved that there were tea and coffee provisions already available in the room.
The only concern I had was the floor creaking when I walked. I sometimes thought the noise could be heard from the outside. But other than that, the service was excellent. The place was quiet for the 2 days I was there and most importantly clean.
Struttura situata in posizione strategica all’interno di un quartiere tranquillo e silenzioso a due passi dal Giardino Botanico di Glasgow. Camera molto pulita e completa di ogni confort (anche tavolino con scrivania) con una grande finestra che si affacciava su un elegante giardino interno, dotata di bagno nuovo (doccia splendida). Una nota riguardante i parcheggi: accedendo con auto grandi (*non noi con la nostra Opel/Vauxall Mokka) si potrebbe fare un po’ di fatica a causa della stretta strada di accesso

Excellent location enables walking distance to center of the west end and to the university of glasgow
Some of the facilities feel quite dated, particularly the carpets, which are visibly stained. At the very least, I think the carpets would benefit from a thorough professional cleaning. The duvet and pillows also seemed quite old and could ideally be replaced with newer ones.
I felt extremely comfortable being a solo traveller and the staff were very friendly. Great location as well to shops and public transport
