Clean, comfy and great value
Pros:

It was quiet, clean and very comfortable. The rooms were well lit and mine had a balcony. The property is a little dated but the rooms had been updated and it was exceptionally clean.

Furniture /paint was very shabby
Stuffed corner chair seat was broken
Shower head very low
Curtains worn
I was without a car & there were no walkable restaurants / food stores within a walkable distance

Pros:

Very good location and well cared for building. Spacious room with mini fridge and microwave. Comfy mattress. Friendly staff. Clean indoor pool.
