The location, the soaps. The shower, the indoor pool

Cons:

The staff at check in was not professional. The rooms were " renovated" but still were old. The hotel seemed tired for the price we paid.

Very high price point for old stained carpets in the room.
Pros:

Walking distance to everything. Indoor pool, hot tub and sauna were nice.

Cons:

For a 4 star property the carpets were disgusting with stains on them. I expected cleanliness to be better.

Sehr schönes Stadthotel
Pros:

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit toller Lage mitten in der Stadt. Vieles Fußläufig gut zu erreichen.
Frühstück konnte man sich gegen Aufpreis aufs Zimmer oder unten im Hotel genießen.
Gut schmeckendes Wasser gab es bei der Rezeption.

Cons:

Die Queensize Betten waren leider nur schmal. Zu Zweit mit Kind etwas eng.

Everything was great! Fantastic location, exceptionally polite staff, and top-notch cleanliness with very thorough housekeeping.

Cons:

The room feels a bit tired and could use a cosmetic refresh. In particular, the carpet looked worn and not very fresh.
