Pros:

Breakfast is great. Location couldn't be better. And the staff is really nice. Edip, the manager, was very friendly.

L’établissement est très bien situé dans une ville très agréable
Pros:

Nous n’avons eu qu’une expérience au niveau du restaurant, nous avons trouvé les salades un peu légère et sans saveur particulière.
Les petits déjeuners étaient cependant copieux et variés avec une personne très sympathique pour le gérer.

Comfortable stay, perfect location and lovely staff
Pros:

I felt very much at home here. The room was light and had a great view and comfortable bed.
The staff were generous and so kind, Yusuf always helped answer my questions and Ahmed and Edi always made sure I had a cup of tea.
Perfectly placed with eating options close, eminonu square, grand bazaar, and Sultanahmet all within 10-15min walk, and a tram at your doorstep.
The breakfast was very tasty and had good vegetarian options.

Cons:

The shower was quite narrow and the water pressure was a bit intermittent throughout my stay.

Prestation reçue non conforme à notre réservation. Dommage personnel et patron sympas

Il est difficile d'évaluer cette hôtel. Même si le patron était sympa et le personnel très agréable, sur les 5 nuits réservées, nous avons pu réellement avoir la chambre correspondante à ma réservation qu'une seule nuit. A mon avis l'établissement a privilégié une autre réservation en direct que la nôtre faite via booking. Nous avons été relogés dans un autre hôtel pas du tout à la hauteur de ce que nous avions payé.

Cons:

On nous a menti sur le fait que notre chambre n'était soit disant pas aux normes sécurité le jour de notre arrivée, comme les 3 jours suivants d'ailleurs.

Nice experience in a cozy lovely hotel

Cons:

Well, I was obliged to stay in the room a bit further than midday, when I went out, I clearly showed the badge of the room to be cleaned, but when I returned, it wasn't clean, for two days in a row, I was obliged for example to go ask for toilet paper, something embarrassing.
