A centrally located hotel with friendly staff, but the water supply needs improvement.
Pros:

The hotel is centrally located in Istanbul, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

My room was on the fifth and highest floor. The water pressure was poor, and sometimes there was no running water when I needed it.

Very friendly staff and a nice peaceful 'home' in the centre
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful! The location is amazing, but I never had issues with noise from the street. I really enjoyed my stay!

Cons:

The room had everything I needed, but it might be a little small when you are with 2 people.

Hôtel bien situé, proche du tram, décevant sur la chambre et la sdb, le monsieur du petit déjeuner très gentil, le reste

L’emplacement, pratique pour visiter

Cons:

La chambre était non conforme aux photos, bien plus petite et la salle de bain pire ! Impossible d’accéder aux toilettes sans être bloqué par le lavabo.

Wonderful location at Istanbul

Wonderful stay in the heart of Istanbul! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I really enjoyed my stay at Adora Hotel. The location is absolutely perfect, especially if you are visiting Istanbul for the first time. It is very central, in the Sirkeci/Gülhane area, and just a short walk from the tram station, which makes getting around the city incredibly easy. It is also very convenient when arriving from the airport.

The area around the hotel is wonderful — very touristic, lively, and full of restaurants, cafés and bars that stay open late. Many of Istanbul’s main attractions are also within walking distance, which was a huge plus for me.

The staff were very kind, welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The room was comfortable, cozy and nicely decorated, and I especially loved the view of the beautiful historic buildings across the street. Waking up to that view really made the experience feel like Istanbul.

And the breakfast was delicious! It was a generous and varied buffet with plenty of options, both sweet and savory, so there was something for everyone.

Overall, I found Adora Hotel to be a great choice for a stay in Istanbul — excellent location, friendly service, comfortable rooms and a delicious breakfast. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it, especially if you want to be right in the center of the action while still having a comfortable place to return to after exploring the city.

Снимаю звезды в первую очередь за вранье персонала.
Жили с 4 по 8 августа

1. Заселились поздно, очень уставшие. Номер дали окнами на ресторан, на втором этаже. До часу ночи слушали громкую музыку, хотела пойти ругаться, но почитала в гугл, что по закону можно, решила терпеть. В час ночи наконец выключили музыку и мы думали заснуть, но не тут то было. Адский звук перфоратора, отбойный молотков и прочего строительного шума, по ощущениям прямо под окнами. Не могу понять что это - спускаюсь на ресепшен. Оказывается, как раз в десяти метрах от отеля идёт ремонт трамвайных путей. Да, только по ночам. До 4х утра.
Спрашиваю у ночного портье, почему отель не предупреждает об этих неудобствах при бронировании? - он мне не моргнув глазом выдаёт, что вот именно этой ночью начали ремонт. Наглое вранье! По рельсам было видно, что ремонт идёт минимум неделю.
Жалуюсь портье, что вначале музыка до часу, теперь это. Он смотрит свои записи и обещает постараться переселить в номер с окнами на другую сторону.
2. Утром другой человек на ресепшене. Повторяю свою просьбу переселить. Он говорит, что к сожалению все 3х местные номера выходят на фасад.
И снова вранье. Через два дня я видела открытый номер на своём этаже, с окнами на другую сторону - и он был 3х местный.

Сам отель уставший до изнеможения. Потёртости и сколы стен никто не ремонтирует.
Завтраки скудные. Каждый день варёные яйца. Только варёные. Непонятно - при вас же тут же есть ресторан! Неужели сложно эти яйца хоть через день жарить для разнообразия??

Кровать двуспальная. А матрасов два. Которые постоянно разьезжаются. И кто то обязательно скатывается в дырку между ними. А простынь ровно по ширине матрасов, ни на сантиметр шире, спать на ней невозможно, она моментально сворачивается под человека. А матрасы без наматрасника.

Холодильник в шкафу. Шкаф без полок, вещи ложить некуда.

Шумоизоляции ноль. Я стараюсь закрывать глаза на мелкие неудобства, я приехала не в номере сидеть. Но спать то хочется ночью!
