It was decent for one night but for a longer stay I'd expect a bit more.
Pros:

The employees were phenomenal. Bed wasn't sure about comfort level at first but I slept pretty good.

Cons:

There was no comforter on the bed. Also, the lighting on the bathroom was too dim. The shower pressure for being an open shower the water sprayed all over the whole bathroom.

La posizione è ottimale. Acqua in bottiglietta gratis su richiesta alla reception

Cons:

L'albergo é vecchio, la moquette nell'ascensore é tutta macchiata, il bagno vicino la doccia aveva l'intonaco staccato con la muffa da acqua.il miscelatore della doccia non funzionava, fatto presente hanno mandato un tecnico ma non ha risolto sostenendo di si. La stanza per le prime 2 notti non è stata rifatta, Per più di 200 dollari a notte mi sembra veramente di essere stato truffato

Location was amazing, right in the middle of everything. Simple walks to main subway and food places.

Some carpets could do with replacing as they're stained. But that would be a push to find anything wrong.

朝食もシンプルですが良かったです。

Cons:

部屋のドアの開け閉めが非常に硬く、大変でした。
6泊しましたが、ルームサービスの後、ドアがきちっとしまっていないことがあって防犯上心配です。
改善して頂きたいです。

Hotel Hayden helped make my first trip to NYC a big success!
Pros:

Staff was pleasant and I loved that they held my bags both before and after check in/out. Location was convenient. Walking distance to Penn station and close to subway.

Cons:

Bed was uncomfortable and the tv/cable selection was poor as well as confusing.

My experience fell short of expectations. Specifically, I encountered several significant issues during my stay:
Dining: The breakfast selection and quality were quite disappointing.
Room Maintenance: The room felt outdated, the furniture was completely broken, and the bathroom water tap was broken and difficult to use.
Housekeeping: The room cleaning service was deeply lacking. The floors and restrooms were left completely untouched and uncleaned during service. hope you will look into these maintenance and housekeeping oversights promptly.

Ottima posizione ma leggermente rumorosa
Pros:

Ottima posizione oer raggiungete a piedi tutta Midtown. Stanza funzionale con un bagno grande e pulito.

Cons:

La nostra stanza era al secondo piano accanto al ripostiglio del personale addetto alle pulizie, questo ha provocato il fatto che molto frequentemente gli addetti sbattessero la porta del loro magazzino in maniera molto brusca provocando un fortissimo rumore che non permetteva di riposare.

Pros:

Hotel très bien situé pour visiter facilement du nord au sud aussi bien à pied qu'en métro

Cons:

Au petit déjeuner un buffet "continental" uniquement sucré (yaourts, fruits, viennoiseries), pas de pain. Le salé nous a manqué, d'ailleurs certains clients descendaient de leur chambre avec du pain, jambon, fromage...
Le tapis de sortie de douche absent 2j sur 6.
Le ménage en cours à notre retour à 17h une fois et pas fait un autre jour.
Rien de grave mais agaçant quand on rentre fatigués d'une journée de marche bien chargée.
