A good find that I would recommend and come back to.
Pros:

The location and cleanliness. Also, I loved that the hotel was in a quiet area. I liked the small gym and continental breakfast as well.

Cons:

Showers need two doors or the floor gets wet. The air conditioner could have been a little stronger.

Extremely disappointing stay at Hotel Hayden (May 18–21).

The air conditioning did not work in either of the rooms we were given, and hot water in the shower was either absent or only slightly warm throughout our stay. We reported the issues immediately, but they were never properly resolved.

Breakfast was also far below expectations — very limited selection (only croissants, yogurt, and coffee).

Overall, the hotel failed to provide basic essential amenities, which significantly affected our comfort. Would not stay here again.

Pochi passi dalla fermata della metro. 10 minuti a piedi dal Madison Square Garden. Camera non troppo grande ma confortevole con letto comodo e bagno con ampia doccia.

Colazione standard ma accettabile, sicuramente migliorabile.

La ubicación y habitaciones excelentes, queda en el área céntrica de Manhattan, cerca a lugares turísticos y de fácil acceso a puntos del metro.

L’emplacement est vraiment top ! Personnel à disposition et sympathique.

Cons:

L’établissement est en centre ville mais très mal isolé, la chambre que nous avions côté rue au 2ème étage est mal isolé. Il est compliqué de dormir sans boule quies.

Le petit déjeuner est juste là pour être là, très peu de choix et encore moins si vous arrivez plus tard.

Bon emplacement, au cœur de Manhattan, avec métro et commerces à proximité. Rue agréable, bordée de boutiques de fleurs et de plantes. Chambre située à l’arrière donc au calme, ce qui est rare dans cette ville. Ménage effectué quotidiennement et mini réfrigérateur dans les chambres.
