Facility needs refurbishment.

Central location to places I wanted to visit.

Cons:

I stayed here numerous times years ago and was always pleased with the condition of my room. The facility is now in need of refurbishment. While the carpet appears to be fairly new the shower leaked, the furniture was torn and soiled, the air conditioner ran constantly, the glasses in the cabinet were not clean, the entry door was misaligned and did not seal, the bathroom door was misaligned and would not close, the bed was very soft, the bathroom floor was not clean, the shower floor was not clean, and the cost per night was high considering the condition of the property.

The staff was excellent. Friendly & helpful is the perfect way to describe them.

Cons:

1st room the towel rack fell off the wall when reaching for a towel. Caising me to fall out of the shower. ( i was in a handicap room).
They move us into another room, same type
2nd room the tub was broken.

This was unacceptable.

It was very nice overall.
Pros:

The property was nice, modern, and clean overall. The breakfast tasted good and wasn’t cardboard. Close proximity to UNCW and the beach.

Cons:

The breakfast area was rated a 96 or 97. Having worked in food service before, and knowing how easy it is to get an 100, I’ve learned that anything below a 99 is gross.
