According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Amei o quarto, a decoração, a localização, o cafe da manha, a piscina quentinha!
A cama achei um pouco dura, não chega a ser ruim, mas esperava mais para um hotel. A internet oscilou de horrivel para mais ou menos.
The location was perfect for us.
Not a lot of amenities such as coffee maker, iron in the room.
Hotel muito bem localizado, tudo limpinho, confortável, equipe prestativa, opções de lazer, tudo impecável.
Muito barulho no corredor de manhã. Mas isso não é necessariamente culpa do hotel.

O Quarto é muito barulhento, tudo que o vizinho faz e possível escutar . O cafe da manha não tem nada demais, todo dia igual, e a única coisa que a cozinha faz a mais é ovo frito se o hóspede pedir.
Falta muita simpatia dos funcionários, com exceção das meninas da limpeza.
O Hotel não disponibiliza nem um cafe de cortesia para os hóspedes, o que é normal em hotéis do Brasil inteiro .
