Hotel familiar. Poco lujo y mal servicio

El ecosistema en el que está inmerso

Cons:

Tuvimos la sensación de que el personal estaba más pendiente de agradar al manager que de atender clientes. Para tratarse de un Sofitel, el foco sorprendentemente no está puesto en CX. La gastronomía deja mucho, mucho que desear, incluso en el restaurante especial de carnes (no recuerdo el nombre). Tardaron en atendernos, trajeron mal los platos y la entraña era una goma de borrar.
Es un lugar precioso, pero para pasar un fin de semana de reina prefiero el 4S. Aunque puede ser un buen lugar para una escapada familiar si las expectativas en servicio son bajas.

el ambiente que rodea a la reserva. La vegetación. la parte de la piscina in out

Cons:

los complementos del baño. Secador antiguo y pesado. no había alfombra de baño, no había cofia.
el restaurant del hotel para adultos tiene una carta muy reducida y la comida es average. No hay buenos asientos en el exterior para disfrutar del paisaje. En el balcón los asientos son incómodos

Maravillado de la ubicación, aterrado de la instalacion.

Las ubicaciones y las instalaciones aunque habian cosas que dejaban una mala mirada.

Cons:

El mini bar es absurdo que solo tengan dos aguas de cortesia, podrian poner gaseosas y uno que otro chocolate y mo conran al final de la estadia. La habitacion no estaba en buen estado, puertas corredizas mal estado y rotas, accesorios de baño tipo cepillo, peine, jabones no teniamos, podrian poner batas y toallas en los baños como se ven en la foto u no solo dos toallas. La cama matrimonial extra grande son dos camas juntas que en el medio te podes caer, el aire acondicionqdo solo se puede usar a 24 •c.

la habitación no era acorde al precio que pagamos. el colchón viejo, la bañera rota, no se podía modificar la temperatura de la ducha. dejo mucho que desear.
