Very dated and signs of wear and tear on furniture was very evident but the bed was super comfy - I was able to have a bath in gorgeous hot water and the staff were helpful

Pros:

The triple room we booked was a great size and the beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The hair dryer in the bathroom was hanging off the wall, but we didn't need it, so it didn't affect our stay.

Disapointed.
Pros:

Called last week to book and pay for a room for my son, as it was a present I wanted to pay in advance, I was told that payment could be only taken on arrival and was assured the payment would be taken from the card with details given.
Did not happen and my son had to pay, I felt that the receptionist ( Julia I think ) was not really listening to my request, a pity as I believe everything else was ok.

Highly recommend
Pros:

Rooms are great, staff were amazing. Ate in the bar both nights of our stay and the food was really good. Went out of their way to sort us with an early check in.
