Beautiful, scenic and wonderful stay for our family of 4!
Pros:

Beautiful property! We went as a family with our 2 sons and wow what a treat. The newly renovated rooms are stunning!!

Cons:

The only critique I would give is:
- food takes verrrrry long to arrive. Whether you are ordering room service or at the restaurant, you will wait minimum 1 hour for your meal
- the kids club has so much potential! Hire excited enthusiastic staff and that could be a game changer for families! Unfortunately it was just a room with games and very disinterested staff. But it really could be amazing

Great weekend away for parents only, not really designed for kids.
Pros:

Food was great, staff were very friendly.
Breakfast Buffet was exceptional.

Cons:

Our unit was lacking an additional towel rack maybe, and the bathroom lay out is odd - You can't open the window, because it's a dark corner that houses the geyser and smells like pigeon poo (It's disgusting) The unit needs a proper window or extractor fan.

Also staff are very kind and friendly, but food service and food delivery is very slow.

Pros:

The rooms.

Cons:

Staff messed up my breakfast order 3 times, then it arrived cold, the eggs benedict on 12/10/2026. I expected lobby music, but was met with ama piano/local house music the entire weekend. I checked in our guests, front desk was uninterested. The key card on our guests room stopped working 2nd day, had to get a new one.

The Perfect Break-away Spot
Pros:

We spent a wonderful weekend in a Villa Suite at Mount Grace. The villa was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable, relaxing stay. The private heated pool was a particular highlight and made the weekend feel that much more special.
Room service was excellent, and the food was consistently delicious. The fine-dining experience deserves a special mention: a beautifully presented introduction to local cuisine, brought to life by the chef’s explanations of the dishes.
Warm hospitality, excellent service and a lovely setting made this a thoroughly enjoyable weekend escape.

It was too short I will be back.
Pros:

love their breakfast and the staff will definitely be back, the rooms are dark but perfect for a good night sleep.

Extremely stunned and disappointed

The breakfast was really magnificent.
The lounge/bar/seating area in the main hotel are exquisite. That is where the good ends unfortunately!

Cons:

The rooms ie: Standard Superior King rooms are so shocking that they would fit better in a roadside motel. I have left a review on the main website - but what we paid for what we got was a complete disgrace! Mouldy smelly dark and dingy rooms (we were shown 3 different rooms) they just got worse! The bath in room 102 is unusable and so dangerous!! The shower head is so clogged up and the carpets are threadbare. Do not believe the pictures on the website!
