Una estadía confortable con hermosa vista
Pros:

Me gustó mucho que las habitaciones eran muy confortables. Además, la ubicación permitía conectarse rápidamente con diferentes medios de transporte, facilitando el desplazamiento por la ciudad. Asimismo, la vista desde la habitación era excelente.

Cons:

En los alrededores del hotel, especialmente cerca de las avenidas y calles principales, observé bastante comercio informal. Asimismo, el desayuno estuvo muy bien; sin embargo, quizá podrían variar algunas opciones para evitar que los huéspedes que permanecen varios días se cansen del mismo menú.

Pésima comunicación con el cliente y sin empatía.
Pros:

La habitación, aseo y desayuno estuvieron bien.

Cons:

El check in, no revisan las solicitudes. Me quedé esperando dos horas en el lovy, en la madrugada y con una sensación térmica de 0 grados.
El recepcionista totalmente cortante, poca amabilidad y empatía. No quiso recibir pesos chilenos y me obligó a esperar hasta el cambio de turno para asignarme una habitación que estaba disponible.

Buena, fácil de llegar
Pros:

La buena ubicación y conectividad del Hotel

Cons:

La poca empatía de la recepcionista, al explicarle que en la habitación solo habían dos de las tres sillas para la mesa. Cuando le pedí si podían llevarme una silla, la recepcionista me dice que yo mismo debía bajar del piso 22 al 19 a buscar la silla.

Where is the hotel entrance???

Cons:

No way to find the hotel after 7 pm, main door closes and have to find entrance in back street, hard to find the hotel door, since there are no names anywhere but just above the door. Would it kill you guys to put a sign in front? At least to know we are at the proper place?
I ended up moving to the hotel a few doors down.
