The cafe downstairs was good quality and value. All staff were very friendly and helpful.
We chose this property as it advertised a rooftop beer that overlooked the park. The rooftop bar does not exist. It is a function area. As soon as we walked into the room it gave an old and dirty vibe, likely due to the worn and dated carpets. The bed had a visible dip in the middle, the air conditioner was noisy and could not be controlled. The staff were good and immediately upgraded us to a bigger and nicer room, however as we found out around midnight, that air conditioner was noisy as well.

Lovely views, kind staff and great hotel
We were meant to have someone pick us up from the airport but there was no one waiting. Luckily one of the other hotels called them and arranged transport for us very quickly

It is the second time I stay at this hotel. As my previous review, it is perfect hotel close to the international airport. All the staff were incredibly friendly. The room was wonderful, spacious, and clean, with a bathtub, which was helpful for disabled guests or children. The breakfast was good, although fairly basic. The hotel offers a variety of lovely amenities, including restaurants, a café, a swimming pool, and a health club with a sauna and steam room. The health club offers separate facilities for men and women, which gives more privacy and comfortability for both.
Also, there are a travel and tours agency and a bank branch on the ground floor. Generally, the stay was very comfortable and pleasant.
Regarding the park view, you won't see anything because the highway separates the hotel from the park, and the constant traffic and noise from cars and trucks further obstructs the view.
The restaurant, especially the breakfast, was okay, but the menu and selection of cheeses and salads could be improved.
The swimming pool was very cold, despite being indoors. The sauna and steam room in the health club need a deep cleaning.
