Cons:

When I made the reservation I didn't notice the small line at the end indicating the breakfast is not included.
There is a transparency problem from Booking.com and the hotel.
I stayed in the same hotel before and the breakfast was included
I travel too often in many countries. First time the breakfast is not included.
In fact there are equivalent places less expensive and the breakfast is included.

Agréable mais perfectible !
Pros:

Excellent emplacement - L'hôtel a du cachet - Verdure . La chambre est très grande avec un balcon. L’accueil est sympa et ponctuel. L'hôtel offre le parking.

Cons:

La salle de bain de la chambre était vieillissante et ne correspondait pas au standing d’un hôtel cinq étoiles. Il y avait des traces de rouille au niveau de l’évacuation et il était impossible de prendre un bain, car le joint fuyait.

Le restaurant est également beaucoup trop cher : un couscous à 85 DT, c’est exagéré. J’avais aussi payé le petit-déjeuner, mais avec le recul, j’aurais pu m’en passer. La table centrale était bien garnie, mais essentiellement de biscuits. J’ai apprécié un plat de viande ainsi que les merguez, cependant, le dernier jour, il n’y avait pratiquement que de l’huile. De plus, le choix de fruits était insuffisant.

Nous avons passé une nuit seulement. Accueil très bien, un restaurant excellent et un service de qualité. Piscine très bien. Parking simple. Très bien pour une nuit. PDJ impecable avec un service professionel et discrete. Bravo à eux !

Cons:

honnetement rien à dire, les chambres ne sont pas toute recentes mais propres et il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer une nuit convenable.

L’hôtel a un charme extraordinaire et il est très bien entretenu, aucune fausse note sur les parties communes. Un grand bravo à toute l’équipe.

Cons:

Le restaurant est bon, mais il n’est absolument pas à la hauteur d’un restaurant dit gastronomique, ni des prix affichés! J’invite le chef à aller faire la tournée des plus belles tables de la capitale, pour comparer !
