Please note that the hotel is located on a pedestrian street and the car parking is 492 feet from the hotel, by foot, next to the Guimarães City Hall, in Rua do Condestável Nuno Álvares Pereira, a dead-end street parallel to the City Hall of Guimarães. Pros:

Location was great, in the historic centre.
Friendly staff and good breakfast.

Cons:

We didn’t eat in the restaurant in the evenings, it seemed empty and not competitive with the many restaurants around it.

Un acierto total
Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta. El restaurante muy bien atendido y el desayuno en la terraza dando a la plaza, ambientado con música suave, es un auténtico placer. La atención del personal en recepción fue estupenda y concretamente destacaría la amabilidad y profesionalidad de Fernanda, una maravilla de persona. Un total acierto el hotel y la ciudad. Absolutamente recomendable.

Cons:

Tienen concierto con un parking público muy cercano,”Condesa Mumadona”, hay que dejar el coche antes de llegar al hotel y caminar unos 200-300 metros con las maletas y la entrada es por un lateral, el nombre “Hool”, nos costó un poco encontrarlo. Fue lo único negativo, pero realmente poco importante. El coste total del parking, independientemente del total de los días de estancia fue de 5 euros.

Chic et de bon goût.
Pros:

Petit-déjeuner copieux et varié. Chambre vaste et confortable. Personnel courtois. Situation exceptionnelle, au coeur de la vieille ville. C'est un endroit que je recommande.

Top Lage, sehr schönes Boutiquehotel!
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr schön und sehr sauber. DAs Bett sehr angenehm. Die Lage ist perfekt - schöner geht es kaum. Man sitzt direkt am schönen Hauptplatz mit mittelalterlicher Kirche und gotischem Denkmal.
Rundherum sehr viele gemütliche Restaurants - von gehoben bis sehr einfach. Für jeden Geschmack etwas vorhanden.
Wir haben direkt in der Altstadt geparkt, 3 min. vom Hotel entfernt. Wir haben im Vorfeld genaue Anweisungen vom Hotel enthalten, wie das mit dem Parken funktioniert. Wenn man diese befolgt, funktioniert alles reibungslos.

Cons:

Wir schlafen gerne bei offenem Fenster, dies war leider nicht möglich, aber das Klima im Zimmer war dennoch gut.

Nice but I wouldn’t go again
Pros:

New and modern.

Cons:

The room had spit of wide heavy windows and no heavy black out curtains. We had to opal the windows to close the shutters and then one window wouldn’t close as it was faulty. My sons room was very noisy as people were all drinking in the square until 4am
