Friendly, welcoming staff, comfortable and clean.
Pros:

We were at an event at the REI convention centre and it couldn’t have been handier to get to and from the hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming and were very accommodating of our party arriving at various times!

Cons:

Laminated timber floors in the rooms made it feel a little cheap.

Outstanding staff and a wonderful stay
Pros:

We had a fantastic stay at NH Hotel Amsterdam Zuid. From the moment we arrived, everything was just as we had hoped. The hotel was comfortable, spotless, and the overall experience was excellent.
The only minor issue we experienced was during one of our dinners. However, what impressed us the most was the way the team handled it. They were incredibly professional, attentive, and resolved the situation promptly, turning what could have been a negative experience into a very positive one.
The real highlight of this hotel is the staff. Every single person we interacted with was genuinely kind, friendly, and always willing to help. Their professionalism and warm hospitality made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay.
A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making our visit so enjoyable. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and will gladly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Amsterdam.

Ottimo soggiorno, hotel pulito, personale gentile e camera spaziosa. Lo sceglierei di nuovo volentieri.

La camera era molto spaziosa, pulita e confortevole. Ho apprezzato molto anche la cortesia e la disponibilità del personale, sempre gentile e accogliente.

Cons:

L’unico aspetto migliorabile riguarda la televisione: la qualità dell’immagine non era buona e mi sarebbe piaciuto che la camera fosse dotata di una Smart TV. Per il resto, è stato tutto ottimo.

Comfortable, great location for visiting the stadium for events.
Pros:

Quiet location with easy public transport opposite the hotel. Great cycling routes straight to the city and stadium. Comfortable, quiet room, perfect temperature. Clean and great value for money.

Cons:

Bar was a little late opening. Wanted to have a drink after checking out at 12pm but couldn't as bar wasn't open. Reception staff helped us with some soft drinks though which was good.
