Cons:

I booked a Queen Bed room, but upon arrival I was given a standard room with two separate beds. I was told that it would be changed at 11:00 a.m. the next day, but that never happened despite asking several times. Sometimes the staff responded, and other times they simply ignored my request.

The reception staff were unfriendly and lacked professionalism in dealing with guests. The room did not even provide essential contact numbers such as reception, laundry, or room service, so I had to go to the front desk to get them myself. There was also no food menu in the room, forcing me to go to the restaurant every time I wanted to order.

In my opinion, this hotel does not deserve a four-star rating. I have stayed in many three-star hotels that offer much better service and organization. Unfortunately, this will be my last stay here.

Pros:

The staff are polite and professional, all of them without exception.
The restaurant offer very nice menu, clearly prepared by a skilled chief!
The coffee shop offer excellent coffee, i needed business center for some urgent business and the have it available! I planned my stay for only 2 days at the start, but ended up staying the whole week.

Cons:

Nothing to complain about.

Pleasant Stay
Pros:

The Location of the hotel is very convenient. Close to the airport and in the CBD near many amenities.
The rooms are spacious and clean. However the wi-fi is very poor and I had to work sometimes from the cafe area downstairs which was very inconvenient especially with the swimmers around there.
Breakfast was adequate and served variety especially for those not used to the traditional Ethiopian food.

I only noticed one small issue: the AC in the room was leaking a little water. The maintenance team did not come immediately, but they fixed it after a few hours, which I appreciated.
