Alles was perfect! Zeer vriendelijk personeel, mooie en propere kamers, uitstekende service en een heerlijk ontbijt. Alles was tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Absoluut een 10/10 – ik kom zeker terug!

Cons:

Het enige minpunt vond ik de vrij strikte uitchecktijd om 12.00 uur. Als je vlucht pas 's avonds vertrekt, betaal je USD 30 om de kamer tot 18.00 uur te behouden. Wil je langer blijven, dan betaal je de volledige kamerprijs. Aangezien de meeste internationale vluchten vanuit Addis Abeba 's nachts vertrekken, is het lastig om een geschikte plek te vinden om je bagage achter te laten tot aan je vertrek. Dit is volgens mij een punt dat het hotel nog zou kunnen verbeteren.

Pros:

The property was not clean, there was no smart TV in the room, and when the electricity went out, they did not have a standby generator. Additionally, the Wi-Fi did not work at all. Overall, the price was not worth it.

I booked a Queen Bed room, but upon arrival I was given a standard room with two separate beds. I was told that it would be changed at 11:00 a.m. the next day, but that never happened despite asking several times. Sometimes the staff responded, and other times they simply ignored my request.

The reception staff were unfriendly and lacked professionalism in dealing with guests. The room did not even provide essential contact numbers such as reception, laundry, or room service, so I had to go to the front desk to get them myself. There was also no food menu in the room, forcing me to go to the restaurant every time I wanted to order.

In my opinion, this hotel does not deserve a four-star rating. I have stayed in many three-star hotels that offer much better service and organization. Unfortunately, this will be my last stay here.

Pros:

The staff are polite and professional, all of them without exception.
The restaurant offer very nice menu, clearly prepared by a skilled chief!
The coffee shop offer excellent coffee, i needed business center for some urgent business and the have it available! I planned my stay for only 2 days at the start, but ended up staying the whole week.

Cons:

Nothing to complain about.
