Hotel bem centralizado próximo de tudo, do Ferry da ADO, 5 avenida.
Tem estacionamento. Super limpo, funcionários educados e prestativos. Mto bom super recomendo

Excelente local para ficar em Playa del Carmen
Pros:

O quarto é espaçoso, tem armário para as roupas, frigobar, ventilador e ar condicionado. O banheiro é amplo e bem dividido. Os funcionários são simpáticos (as), atenciosos e solícitos. Não conseguimos utilizar a piscina, pois fizemos muitos passeios, mas o espaço é bem agradável. Sempre tinha vaga para o carro. O quarto estava sempre limpo. Ficamos uma semana e pedimos a limpeza apenas três vezes. O hotel é perto de tudo.
Afastado o suficiente do barulho e do agito dos bares, mas ao mesmo tempo perto. Em 5 minutos você está na Quinta Avenida.

Cons:

Não temos do que reclamar.

Tout! La gentillesse du personnel notamment Gregorio à l’accueil ; la chambre superbe, la piscine, le calme des lieux, l’emplacement à côté de la Quinta sans le bruit, le parking gratuit et l’eau fraîche à disposition ( très important au Mexique)

Legacy hotel with an easy-going atmosphere
Pros:

Central yet quiet.
This hotel is a bit on the older side, but perfectly acceptable overall.
Charming pool!
Staff really does seem to care much about guests nor the hotel as a whole, but at least a tiny bit they do, and they seemed to be great personalities, so it was fine.

Cons:

Wifi works, but not that well, it can be a bit anyoing.

Great stay!
Pros:

Great staff, wonderful location and a pleasant pool to relax. The hotel is close to Quinta avenue but far from the noise. The nearby streets are interesting too with good restaurants and coffees. It's also at walking distance from the beach.

Cons:

Rooms might need a refreshment but overall they are good!
