We love to visit Montecatini Terme and this is our favouriteto stay
Pros:

I love the friendly reception team and the house keeping team were very helpful. The bar man is very helpful and has a sense of humour which we appreciated. When we visit we feel very welcomed and looked after. We enjoy the ambience and relaxation. The hotel is situated in a lovely location near to the centre which you can walk too and close to Montecatini Alto.

Cons:

The bathroom was on the small side but adequate for 2 adults. The room was located away from the lift but we occasionally heard passing residents talking quite loudly despite displaying the Do not Disturb notice. We understand this happens though and it didn’t spoil our overall stay in the hotel.

Beautiful Tuscany
Pros:

This is a beautifully decorated and comfortable hotel. We had a lovely stay, the staff , especially at breakfast were so friendly and helpful. It’s a good town base yourself in , good train service.

Cons:

It’s not the hotels fault but was hard to get sun-loungers because people have such bad manners and leave their towels on them for hours.

Quality hotel in good location
Pros:

Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und geht auf individuelle Wünsche ein. Roberto an der Bar und Giuseppe im Restaurant sind super, das ganze Team ist fantastisch.

Centraal gelegen hotel, met lekker zwembad
Pros:

Groot zwembad, kamer zag er netjes uit, aardige bediening zowel bij het ontbijt als de bar, parkeren prettig geregeld via het hotel

Cons:

Te weinig ligbedjes bij het zwembad. Veel mensen reserveren bedjes vroeg in de ochtend en komen een halve dag niet opdagen. Hotel personeel doet hier niks aan. Gevolg is dat je niet elke dag een ligbedje hebt.

De airco maakt best wat geluid (maar koelt wel heel goed).
