Centraal gelegen hotel, met lekker zwembad
Pros:

Groot zwembad, kamer zag er netjes uit, aardige bediening zowel bij het ontbijt als de bar, parkeren prettig geregeld via het hotel

Cons:

Te weinig ligbedjes bij het zwembad. Veel mensen reserveren bedjes vroeg in de ochtend en komen een halve dag niet opdagen. Hotel personeel doet hier niks aan. Gevolg is dat je niet elke dag een ligbedje hebt.

De airco maakt best wat geluid (maar koelt wel heel goed).

Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und geht auf individuelle Wünsche ein. Roberto an der Bar und Giuseppe im Restaurant sind super, das ganze Team ist fantastisch.

Other reviews not accurate
Pros:

We came here for 4 days bed and breakfast. Hotel is okay as a base and perfect for location to train station to get to Florence. Rooms are cleaned daily, breakfast is good with lots of options. Check out was really early and was not offered early breakfast which we have paid for.

Facilities;
Pool area. Clean pool but not enough sunbeds or seating area and a little precarious in places.

Other facilities, non existent. For example, no tea and coffee facilities in room and hit and miss with bar and food service through the day. Bar decides to shut when they want and wont serve you so you have to go elsewhere to get even a drink. If they are doing this we expect at least a kettle in the room.

All in all we literally stayed in the hotel to sleep and ventured elsewhere for other facilities. We would not stay here again.
