Important information:

- Wellness Center (Spa) opening hours: Open from Friday to Sunday from 09:00 to 13:00 and from 16:00 to 20:00.

- During the colder months, opening days may vary (Friday, Saturday and Sunday). Please check with the property prior to arrival.

- Access to the Spa: For a fee 40 EUR per person .Not permitted for children under 16 years of age.

- Parking:Free and subject to availability. Vans are subject to a cost of €10.00 per day.

-Room rates include use of 1 parasol and 2 deckchairs per room at the beach.

-The outdoor swimming pool is opene from 1th of June to 30th of September

- The beach is open from June 15th to September 15th.

- For reservations made through partner sites, beach access is not included in the rate. This service is available for an additional €15 per person per day.

Pros:

Établissement idéalement situé, accueil et prestations à la hauteur de nos attentes

Cons:

Seul bémol, malgré un temps estival, nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine qui n'est accessible qu'à compter du mois de juin

Das das Pool Ende Mai immer noch gesperrt war, obwohl schon Badetemperaturen herrschten.

Personnel de l’accueil indifférent.

Sympa mais un peu déçu

L’hôtel est très propre, les chambres grande et sympathique avec la terrasse

Cons:

La piscine qui a l’air magnifique et n’est pas ouverte au mois de mai. C’est dommage. En plus il n’y a pas de service de nettoyage des vêtements au mois de mai, alors que c’est quand même 4 étoiles. Les petits déjeuners repas pas pris uniquement à l’intérieur alors qu’il fait beau et chaud au mois de mai encore il n’y a pas rien pour s’asseoir à l’extérieur, ce qui est bien dommage que l’endroit est joli.

Angenehmes Hotel mit schönem Garten, gutem Frühstück und idealer Lage für Kulturreisen

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick auf den schön gestalteten Garten
Das Frühstück war sehr gut und bot eine schöne Auswahl. Die Bedienung beim Frühstück war aufmerksam und freundlich. das Angebot am Abend im Restaurant ansprechend.
Das Personal insgesamt war sehr freundlich. Die Lage des Hotels ist in den Sommermonaten sicherlich besonders attraktiv. Ende Februar war es eher ruhig, was aber auch angenehm sein kann. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Region sind sehr gut erreichbar, wodurch die Lage des Hotels besonders für Kulturreisen ausgezeichnet geeignet ist. Das Hotel wird offenbar, wegen der Lage, auch gerne von Reisegruppen genutzt.

Pros:

L emplacement aura été la seule satisfaction ainsi que le petit déjeuner.
En revanche nous avons été installés dans une chambre ...avec un joint installé dans la douche qui laissait échapper l eau. pas étanche sur le sol de la salle de bains.
La cuvette des wc etait cassée donc elle glissait des wc....
Question propreté : la salle était salle, équipée uniquement d un lot de serviettes pour une personne au lieu de 2...des serviettes très vieilles voire déchirées.
La cuvette des wc etait sale.
J ai signalé ce problème à la réception mais les hôtesses d accueil n ont pas tenu compte de mes observations.
Pour un soit disant Wellness, je suis très déçue. Je ne comprends comment booking peut continuer à le referencer.
Je suis cliente de booking depuis bon nombre d année mais je viens d avoir 2 déceptions avec 2 Wellness réservés sur booking. J espère avoir un dédommagement !
