We enjoyed the upgraded room because it wasn’t like the last room with wet carpet.
Pros:

The hotel staff is always very nice and accommodating

Cons:

Some of the hallways are really hott and they only have one ice maker on the 1st floor, the one on the 4th floor has been out of service for a while.

Good location, but pricey with limited ammenities
Pros:

The staff was very friendly. They allowed an early check-in (30 minutes) and explained all the policies/fees to me. The location is great. We enjoyed the pool while it was empty for a few hours.

Cons:

There's some improvements to be made such as offering breakfast, or at minimum, coffee with pastries to their customers. They didn't do housekeeping during the 2 nights I stayed there. Beware of the awfully narrow parking spaces. There needs to be some oversight in the parking lot as people apparently dont know how to park. They were crooked or over the yellow line that limited the adjacent parking space impossible to park in. Their wifi never worked and mobile service in the hotel was terrible.

We had a great stay. Our room was clean & it was quiet.
Pros:

The price was very reasonable & great location. Our room had a king size bed and our room was huge.

Cons:

It was pretty stripped down. It looks like they did the bare minimum to get it open & working on it as they go. No air in the hall ways.
