I had ordered some item through AMAZON. The delivery happened after my checkout.

The reception still took the packet from AMAZOn despite my check out. When i initiated the return, the reception could not locate the parcel so it seems the reception lost it or misplaced it.

I have encouraged loss due to this unprofessional behavior of the hotel staff.

Very unprofessional staffs of the hotel & the hotel claim to be professional with 5 star property.

5 star property dont steal or be irresponsible like this.

A clean and efficient hotel for stay in Noida.
Pros:

Well managed clean property. Comfortable beds and good breakfast. The attendants at the restaurant took personal interest in serving the guests.

Cons:

Practically nothing.

Very good except dining at restaurant on the ground floor for dinner.
Pros:

Breakfast buffet was very good. Dining in the evening was not so good.

Cons:

Food quality. I ordered fish curry- it was extremely over salted and very spicy (I asked for low spice level). The other night I ordered spinach ravioli. Was not tasty.

Pros:

I mostly like the fact that they included some persons with disabilities into the team of their staff. And they are so trained to make guest very comfortable

I don't like the fact that they stop visitors after 8pm

Pros:

At breakfast the service was not good as no of waiter to serve was quiet less. Otherwise at lunch & dinner the service by serving staff was excellent.

Cons:

Waiter to serve food at breakfast be increased as people have different choice of products.

Standard 5 star hotel. Would recommend for Noida stay. Not too far from the sector 18 market area.
Pros:

Standard 5 star hotel. Stayed for only one night so wasn't able to take advantage of the restaurants but overall decent place. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

Rooms need slight upkeep. Doors and handles for example were quite scuffed.
