Room was quaint, clean.

I booked for 2 bedrooms, the other room was in another building, I booked it at the same time so I was expecting that it will be side by side or across our room or at least the same building. Good thing we were all adults. The server during breakfast only speaks Spanish, for a business specializing in hospitality staff should be expected to speak basic English. I am not in Cuba or Mexico. I know it is Miami with more latin speaking people but it is also a safety concerns. They should be expected to speak basic English, we are still in the USA. Parking was not mentioned when you are booking, it should be mentioned that as a guest it's parking on the street or where ever there is a vacant spot for parkmobile. And lastly, toilet water pressure was not good. I have to wait at least 10 minutes to make sure it flushes. It's embarrassing if you havr a blow out and somebody has to use it right away.

Cons:

This place stank. It smelled so bad. They probably cleaned it but there was underlying smell that was just not good. Made me sick. Please beware before booking this place. The blankets also had pilling. It was huge and made me scratchy all night. Not worth the price. Stay somewhere further for better quality next time

Achtung nicht buchen!

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral.

Achtung, für Personen mit europäischen Standard ungeeignet!

- es ist extrem schmutzig (Flecken auf Bettlaken, Hand- sowieso Strandtüchern, es lagen schon beim einchecken überall fremde Haare, Sand ect.)
- es ist extrem in die Jahre gekommen und daher wirklich überall schimmlig! Der Schimmel war nicht nur an den Wänden und in der Dusche sondern sogar an Lampenschirm ausgebreitet.
- die Türen lassen sich nicht richtig verschließen, man hat das Gefühl dass jeder ohne großen Aufwand in das Zimmer vordringen kann.
- die Bodenfließen sind nahezu alle locker und manche sogar gesprungen (sehr hohe Verletzungsgefahr)
- das Frühstück ist extrem spärlich und die Produkte aus der minibar waren abgelaufen

- das Personal ist freundlich, engagiert und zuvorkommend

Wir haben sowohl bei booking, als auch beim Hotel direkt Beschwerde eingereicht. Uns wurde versichert wir bekämen kein Geld zurück, daher bekamen wir ein Upgrade.
Das Zimmer war zwar wesentlich größer, die Mängel jedoch die selben.

Very disappointed and probably would never stay there again
