Buena ubicación y servicio.
Pros:

La ubicación excepcional, el apartamento super amplio, camas comodas, esta equipado con lo necesario, el personal muy amable, Ailyn la nena de recepción muy simpatica, amable y colaboradora, volvería nuevamente.

Cons:

Mas que no gustarme podrían mejorar el desayuno, incluirle alguna proteina, de resto estuvo bien.

Bueno, bonito pero muy caro

La cercanía a la playa y lugares para ir a comer

Cons:

El espacio para el desayuno, era muy pequeño y si no alcanzabas te podías llevar el desayuno tu a la pieza, hubo un dia qué no habia ni frutas ni yogurt, solo eso seria el punto negativo

Muy buen hotel en relación precio-calidad. El personal muy atento, un agrado.
Pros:

Me gustó la ubicación, cerca de muchos restaurants, a pasos de la playa. La atención del personal muy muy buena, amables, atentos y muy cordiales. Volvería a ir, gracias.

Cons:

Le olor en las piezas es un poco fuerte por la humedad del ambiente, pero están muy limpias.
El aire acondicionado suena muy fuerte, es molesto.

l emplacement, la gentillesse du personnel,
nous sommes arrivés tot car sortant de croisiere
ils ont recuperes nos bagages, la chambre était prete avant vers 13h finalement

Cons:

notre chambre donnait sur la ours au rez de chaussé, du coup quand les personnes rentre tard nous entendons tpus les bruits, ne c est pas bien insorisé
la nuit fut difficile car nous avons entendus tputes les entrées des personnes, et nous sommes nous meme rentrée tard vers minuit

I do not recommend
Pros:

Only location was good.

Cons:

There was an extremely strong smell of mold and dampness in the room. We requested to move to a different room, but our request was denied. The only solution they offered was to spray air freshener in the room. This was not a solution; it was merely a brush-off. We will be returning to Miami, but we will never choose this hotel again. The breakfast was also very inadequate.

I have never seen such a bad hotel

I didn’t like anything at all

Cons:

The room was very unsafe. There was two locks . One was totally broken and the other one was barely closed. We found on One of the bed lots of flying bugs, also our hidden camera detector was beeping on the bedroom mirror. The phone had no dial tone. There was nobody at lobby after 11pm.. we had to evacuate immediately and had to book another hotel at the midnight. The next day we informed the hotel receptionist about all the situations, she said they will give us refund but once we left they refused to process any refund .very bad experience. Dont recommend at all
