Pros:

Highly recommend staying here. The staff were incredibly welcoming and even upgraded us to a larger, very comfortable room on arrival, which was a lovely surprise. The L’Occitane shampoo and conditioner were so good that we bought them for the rest of our trip! The location is excellent, right in the heart of town, with fantastic cafés, restaurants and shopping all within easy walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

Uitstekend hotel voor bezoek aan Toulouse
Pros:

Het hotel ligt midden in het centrum vlakbij een parkeergarage. De kamer was ruim en fraai ingericht. Het was er heerlijk koel (buiten was het extreem warm) en stil dus we konden uitstekend slapen.

Cons:

Niets eigenlijk.

Best location, extremely friendly staff, great lobby, free nibbles, free coffee in the lobby, great suite with view to the capitole, many goodies in the room, coffee machine with a good selection of Nespresso capsules, complimemtary water bottles, good beds, nice towels, quality toiletries, good TV, good air-conditioning, very clean -everything I expect from a good hotel. We will definitely be back, we felt really very much at home.... this could become our go-to Hotel in Toulouse (we only live 3 hours away). And last but not least, they are really dog friendly.... our dogs didn't want to leave the room....

We loved our stay at Le Grand Balcon Hotel.
Pros:

The hotel is very well located, in the middle of the pink city, with a modern and clean interior. The staff is extremely kind and helpful, and the rooms are very comfortable and spacious. I highly recommend this hotel.
