Stressful,rude, to unsafe, disregard for disabled grandma's and toddlers.
Pros:

Nothing she was rude and cancelled my reservation because she wanted me to do it threw online so I did what she asked, then she starts pressing me saying hury up she has 2 rooms left. Then as I'm doing it someone walks in and she literally gave them the room I was in the middle of booking so as I'm doing it online it clears my booking and it says sorry no rooms left! I was shocked I stood there so confused and upset out of state midnight a grandma with 2 3 yr old twin boys who are tired and hungry and just wanted to relax and after 45 mins of trying to get our room she took it from us! So I had to get 2 screaming little kids back in a car and find another room!

Cons:

The customer service was horrible disrespectful, shouldn't be allowed to work with the public! Made a grandmother and 2 twins toddlers find another hotel because you cancelled my booking as we are standing there drove 15 hrs heading to fl. And you book the room to another customer right in front of us!! I'm still dumbfounded that,that actually happened!

Pros:

I do not recommend this hotel.

I made reservations for two rooms for my employees, but the front desk representative refused to allow them to check in because the credit card used for the reservation was not in their names. I have been booking hotels for my employees for many years, and I have never experienced this issue before.

The situation was caused by the hotel's policies or handling of the reservation, yet I was not refunded for the rooms. Due to this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel to any company or business traveler.

I am very disappointed with the service and the lack of resolution. I will not be using this hotel chain again in the future

Ideal for travelling through or for a short day with car to visit Mobile
Pros:

Plain, simple and quiet with lots of parking. Inexpensive. Go into it with your head up. No pool, designed for those travelling through.

Cons:

Not much to dislike really. It might’ve been nice to have some dining in the evening there, but that’s a tiny niggle because there are plenty of other places to eat if you want to get back in the car.
