Just okay
Pros:

Room was clean. Good location for what we needed

Cons:

The guy checking us in was most unhelpful and hard to understand . The stairs to our room were difficult to navigate with our suitcase. Breakfast just okay. Broken curtain pull

Crappy management and staff that can't do anything for you or care
Pros:

Location to fairgrounds is close

Cons:

Toilet leak in bowl and staff and management didn't care and called corporate because they never fixed it and corporate is trying to plow it off when I asked for a comp. Room (different from the one with leaky toilet they are now going to charge me for both

Not staying here ever again.
Pros:

The location was decent for grocery and quick and easy food.

Cons:

There is no cleaning service during the stay. The instructions we received from the placard in the room said that cleaning or towel service needed to be requested. We requested service several times and never received anything. We had to go get our towels and extra TP ourselves from the front desk. When I talked to the front desk about it, their response was that there were no notes so basically our requests didn’t exist.
Parking in some areas is SUPER tight.

The property was older, but seemed in mostly good repair. Pool area clean, but in need of repair.
Pros:

Breakfast was disappointing. We arrived one hour before end of service and selection was not good. The one staff member there seemed over-run. Sad to miss my morning tea: there were three pots of coffee, none of hot water.

Our stay wasn’t satisfactory.
Pros:

I chose this property because they had a pool as well as a complete breakfast.

Cons:

Upon entering the room, it had a bad odor. The flooring was so dirty it left our feet black.
When we went down to breakfast approximately around 9:30 AM, there was only two sausage patties left and no eggs, so we just left the premises without breakfast.
We will absolutely not be returning to this location.

Did the job, but we would love to have had hot water and an air conditioning that didn’t wake us up.
Pros:

Very convenient location. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good.

Cons:

Unfortunately we didn’t have any hot water in our room for the first 24 hours. It did eventually get fixed, but put a damper on our stay. Also the air conditioner was quite loud and it would be very nice if there was an onsite electric ca charger on site.

We reached the property at around 1 AM With Confirmed booking from booking.com and they just says that its cancelled and nothing was informed to us.

It Became a nightmare for us to find another hotel at 2 am at Grass Valley.

We had to spend excess moeny to get any hotel at last moment.
