Great location for both terminals - access to North via the bus. Access to South terminal via short bus ride or 15 minutes walk.
Spacious, comfortable King room.
Breakfast selection was okay. Not many gluten-free options. Restaurant food was good.
Not enough pillows in the room. If you wanted more, you had to contact reception. Other hotels I have stayed at had spare pillows in the cupboard.
The location is perfect. 5 minute walk to the airport and the train station. Room was clean and reception staff were brilliant, polite and helpful.
I wouldn’t eat there. The staff forgot we even existed, got the orders wrong, gave us the wrong menu and told us after we made our choice.
Friendly staff and only a few minutes walk from south terminal. Rooms were quiet and modern. Food in the evening was tasty.
Nothing really. We got what we expected
Close to Gatwick Airport Terminal S, we walked instead of bus.
The food.
Room was not well looked after for how much we paid. Dangerous scratches in bath tub, water marks on the surfaces and dusty room as well as weird stains on the walls in the room. Also we ate at the onsite restaurant, our food was lukewarm and we asked to remove the service charge having had to order at the bar ourselves and ask for cutlery etc and were told it couldn’t be taken off.
The staff on the desk Stephen and James were completely an utterly professional very very smart. The whole place smelt beautifully clean. Great service. Would definitely stay again.
