Very hospitable staff, great restaurant.
Pros:

Breakfast was awesome as were the staff. I ate most meals at the restaurant.
The bed was super comfortable.

Cons:

The window was filthy (on the outside) which was a shame as I liked looking out.
The hallways weren't air-conditioned so they stunk like the outside.
The streets outside were filthy and very smelly. Not a good part of the city. However it was close to where I needed to go.

Breakfast was good.

Cons:

We booked a superior room which wasn't very superior. The worst thing about the place from our view was the smart TVs that the hotel refused to connect to their WIFI. We were at the hotel for dental surgery around the corner, so we weren't in mumbai for tourism. The fact that we couldn't use the TV was a major problem. The staff kept telling us they'd get it fixed, but nothing happened. We checked out early and found another place. Wouldn't go back.

Pros:

The staff are courteous, eager to please and always available, which sets the tone for a comfortable stay. Cleanliness and convenience are highlighted, while the location is ideal for suburban exploration (Linking Road, etc.). The catering is also very good - the morning breakfast helps set the tone for your entire day.

Breakfast was bad. the bed was not comfortable for 3 weeks. Always dusty inside the room, glass door was dirty whole time many more
