Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff, nice room, great restaurant next door (Charlston).

Cons:

I would not recommend paying extra for breakfast. The items served were basically a slightly upgraded version of the included breakfasts normally served at Hampton and similar hotels.

Pros:

Very nice and clean . Spacious rooms beds were so soft as well as the pillows. We got a great nice of sleep!

Great staff and ideal location, but let down by underinvestment.
Pros:

The staff at this hotel are great, and the location is ideal for the Will Rogers Airport. The shuttle bus is a real help when collecting a rental car.

Cons:

I've stayed there 3 times now through work, 3 different rooms, all the same problem. The room décor and maintenance in the hotel are sadly lacking in quality and imagination, the rooms are gloomy and badly lit. The showers are underpowered and poorly maintained - pull on the shower head and it will rattle around on the piping.

I feel safe at this hotel. I saw business men an families staying here. The atmosphere was pleasant

Disappointing and misleading
Pros:

The hotel was just okay, I expected more from the Hilton chain. The only thing I really liked was the way the room was set up. They had a separate area with the sofa and another TV so that the kids were happy.

Cons:

The first thing that I didn't like was when we went to check in they wanted another $50 charge for incidentals that they said they would remove at the end of the stay. I guess it's not a big deal as long as they put it back on my card, but it wasn't mentioned anywhere when I booked the room. The worst part about our stay was that the breakfast is not complimentary! It said in the booking that it had breakfast and it never occurred to us that it cost money!! All of the hotels that we have stayed in, even budget Hotels, have had at least a small continental breakfast and some of them have had surprisingly good spreads lol! Not only did they charge for breakfast, it was outrageous!!! They wanted $15 a person... even for the small children! We were traveling as a family and had two adults and four children from 5 to 14 years old. There's no way that we expected to drop $100 bill for breakfast in the hotel. It is misleading to mention that there's a breakfast in the booking and not mention that there was a cost. When we checked in the lady at the desk never said a word about it either when she told us about the breakfast and how good it was and what time it started and everything! Imagine how upset we were when we took all the kids down for breakfast in the morning and had to leave with upset children because I wasn't paying that kind of money.

It was very clean, bed was comfortable, staff were so friendly and the location was perfect! It was within 15 mins of everything we wanted to do and visit. The bar in lobby was nice too!

Cons:

Not the Double Tree of old. The furniture looked 40 years old. Wires hanging out of the air conditioner/heater. The breakfast was terrible. For the price, it was very disappointing.
