Food was not that great and took a long time to be delivered to your table. Consistently asked for food without chilli but chilli was always present.

Das Personal ist besonders freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind groß und sauber und man genießt eine tolle Aussicht. Wir waren außerdem im Steak Restaurant des Hotels essen und waren begeistert. Toller Service und sehr leckeres Essen!

Personeel was ontzettend aardig
Eten was niet lekker in het Café. Ook kwamen alle gerechten tegelijk (vooraf en hoofd).
Excellent room with comfortable beds and luxurious bathroom. The windows are thin though and you can hear street noise during the night.
We could hear sirens outside all night
The king hotel room was spacious with an amazing view of the city. The staff were responsive to requests and very helpful overall. The spa in the health and wellness suite is a must do!
There’s a shopping centre conveniently located across the road. If you fancy a walk, I recommend a walk through Merdeka open space to Seng Hap (special treats, gifts and food court) and the historic Tip Top restaurant for Indonesian/Dutch food and desserts.
Arrival was unwelcoming. I was greeted by security checks then struggled with my heavy bags from the car to the reception area. 5* service would be a welcome from a porter who collects your bags from the car and puts them through the security scanner and onto a trolley to be taken to your room. Some 5* hotels even greet you with a drink and a hot/cold towel.
The cost of food and drink is outrageous. E.g. A small beer which costs Rp35000 in Tip Top restaurant costs Rp138000. Maybe why the hotel bar and restaurants were empty?
