Pros:

It was ok, friendly staff. We only stopped for a night to rest up and refresh.

Cons:

I didn’t like the carpet in the room. It smells unclean, dusty and wet.

My stay was ok
Pros:

It was clean

Cons:

Safety was a concern because the entrance to the room Siri hit your door to the room was the door was that they were inside the room. The door was not locking bathroom door is the same problem. It was not locking no struck plate on door was not good so the door is too small for the frame. Had to switch rooms and still did not feel safe the tv did not work well you have play with it and they need to have a guide to it

“We can’t do anything about it”
Pros:

As a family traveling 20 hours across the country , we got put between 2 rooms of basketball players in there young teens .
Was wondering where the coaches were for supervision , and why were were in the middle of them .

Running around the halls up to 1 am , loud and slamming doors. The front desk said they couldn’t do anything about it .

As a customer service curtesy, offering a room change , discount , or even offer to talk to the coaches. Anything would have been better than “ We can’t do anything”

Do not recommend for a peaceful stay .
