Great for value and location.
Pros:

Location and especially the staff were fantastic, realised that I have accidentally left some of my stuff over and after a quick email all was sorted within a week of my return to Tokyo.

Cons:

Lack of public onsen.

Buena conexión y limpio
Pros:

La parada de tren/ metro. más cercana tenia buenas conexiones. La zona era muy buena y tranquila, empresas y residencias a sus alrededores. Para ir al aeropuerto no tardamos mucho. El personal era amable. Se pueden dejar las maletas antes del check in y después del check out

Cons:

Nos quedaban habitaciones disponibles y tuvimos que elegir la opción para fumadores (y no lo somos), por cuanto la limpieza fuera buena el olor a tabaco se notaba siempre al entrar. Y no me gustó nada que una habitación no tuviera ventana que se pueda abrir y más si es para fumadores. Pero esto se debe a las leyes sobre el tabaco de Japón.

Amabilité et professionnalisme du personnel.
Environnement calme et à la fois proche de la gare Tamachi.
Bon rapport qualité/prix.

Cons:

Une meilleure propreté au niveau des ventilations de la chambre serait appréciable et la taille de la chambre était un peu petite.
Sinon rien à redire.

アクセスも良く、静かで快適に過ごせる素晴らしいホテル

立地や料金以上の快適さがあった。

Cons:

今回で宿泊は2回目だが、部屋がしばらく使われていなかったのかケトルが置いてある棚やエスプレッソマシンに埃が溜まっていた。前回はそんな事がなかったので少し残念。繁忙期だから仕方ないかもですが。

Pros:

Breakfast is super delicious. Thank you everybody in the restaurant was very polite and kind.
Check in very nice and friendly.
Location was excellent

Cons:

Front desk personnel were not very communicative, we were expecting our luggage and they never advised us it has arrived to the hotel even though we asked to let us know.
Changing rooms for the last night, we asked to register for both reservations and they could’ve helped us to move our luggage and they refused, this is a very simple operation in most hotels can do for you; they asked to leave the room wait at the reception for 4 hrs and then installed us in the new room. Very uncomfortable, they managed to avoid this operation but not vey nicely, it was appreciated.

The carpet was dusty, not clean at all, we end up with allergies after 5 nights

The mattress needs to be replaced the lifetime is obviously given.

Pros:

Super aardig personeel!
Kamer niet groot, maar dat was ook in de verwachtingen.
Ontbijt smaakte goed.
Dichtbij het station die je vanaf het vliegveld kan bereiken en aan de yamanoto lijn.

Pros:

The staff were amazing! We showed up quite late but they still showed us great hospitality! The rooms were a tad dusty, but was made up beautifully and for the price you can't go wrong! Also, a 10 minute walk from 2 train stations so it was super easy getting around. They had a luggage storage area where we were able to lock up our bags after check-out so we could go for one more walk before we headed to the airport. We would definitely stay here again! +1 more point for quick cooling AC for a couple of Canadians coming from negative degree temps adjusting to the warmth of Tokyo!

Cons:

The mattresses were a little uncomfortable and the pillows were quite stiff, but we made it through.
