Gostei da vista para avenida liberdade
Quanto velho, escuro, piso sujo, vaso sanitário com barulho horrível , saímos tarde quarto e pedimos ampara arrumar mais tarde e ficamos esperando das 14:29 até as 20:00 pra arrumarem e não arrumaram pedimos várias vezes e nós atarapalhoy pq acabou q ficamos no lobby a tarde toda e por fim tive q suvenir para me arrumar para um compromisso e só arrumaram depois q saímos!!! Restaurante hotel tbem achei pouca opção jantar e Garcon muito sem informação perguntei se havia algum sanduíche e me falou q não, depois perguntei pra outro e ele me mostrou no cardápio! Eu não fico mais lá, velho demais cheiro de esgoto na Recepção
Wonderful experience again...our third time at this hotel. Nicolas at the reception and concierge was a pleasure to talk to and very helpful! Charles helped us with our restaurant reservation as well.. and cant thank the housekeeping team that always do a great job in making up the room and providing extra coffee and creamers. Overall cant ask for anything more. Also happy to see that the hotel has renovated elevators, carpets etc. To top it all, the breakfast here is one of the best we have had in Paris. Huge spread and could order stuff as well. Thank you...will be back!

Stayed three days at the Renaissance Paris Arc de Triomphe Hotel and our time here was perfect. Our room (806) had a private terrace with amazing views of both the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe, as well as Sacre Coeur in the distance. At night the city lights and sparkle of the Eiffel Tower looked like something out of a movie. Amplifying our amazing stay was the gracious and top notch service of the hotel staff led by Dorian, Tim and the rest of the guest services team. C'est superbe!
We thoroughly enjoyed our two-night stay at the Renaissance Paris Arc de Triomphe Hotel. The room was exceptionally comfortable, making it easy to relax after long days exploring Paris, and the view was beautiful. The hotel’s location is ideal, with easy access to many of the city’s iconic attractions while still offering a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were welcoming and professional, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We would gladly stay here again and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris.

Room had ants and no A/C. Took 2 days to rectify. Noticed front desk on initial day of check in.
First, I'll preface we are from the US and I was traveling with my senior mother. So a/c and elevators were a must. CHECK!
Location: amazing! next to the Arc d'triomphe and several restaurants and shops all within walking distance. Also close to Champs Elysee. I had croissants at Leone Bakery daily . Metro stations were close as well as rideshare. But please use BOLT and NOT UBER. They would take the ride and never show up :/
Atmosphere: Cozy- not for businesses- more families and couples
Value- I used my Marriott points and an ungodly amount to book but it was worth it for me. However, breakfast was NOT included which was very strange especially in Europe and they asked $28 per person only if ordering at the concierge. PASS!! Too many places around to go for less money. AND I was upsold the balcony with "Eiffel Tower view" for extra $110 EU a night . There was a tiny far away view and the furniture was ancient and uncomfortable on the balcony. So I doubt it was worth it. We were in room 806. Otherwise the room was large and comfortable. The bathtub was treacherous and we asked for a stool to even get into it.
Service: everyone spoke English and were friendly enough
I don't think I'd stay here again , the cost was too high for the value and I didn't like being upsold especially since we were Marriott Gold members.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was a welcome relief from the shabby hotel my cruise ship put me in. This hotel is located half a block from the Arc de Triomphe and not much further to Champs Elysees. We were able to walk to the Louvre and Eiffel Tower from here but the receptionist suggested a bus. There are lotta of places to eat in the neighborhood. All the employees were super nice. The room was bright and lovely. We had a balcony that didn’t look over anything if note but it was still nice. We had modern electrical plugs for devices. They left a carafe of water daily. We had big fluffy robes and slippers. And after walking 27000 steps one day, I was delighted to have bath salts. They provide washcloths as well. We enjoyed the breakfast every day that came from platinum status. I’d definite recommend a stay here.
