Visited 5 times already. Amazing resort, always go with the all inclusive package whenever you stay here. Worth the money.

Housekeeping team is great, Sabbir from housekeeping staff does an amazing job.

Hotel experience is 2-star at most.
Staff does not provide you with all the information when booking, you end up shocked by service multiple times.
You are provided with a "free room upgrade" just to find out that you are placed in a room which minimizes work for the staff, even on your expense. We were placed in a room on the 2nd floor with no elevator and 3 kids to drag up the stairs.
Buggy waiting time is horrendous. You spend 30% of your stay waiting to be transported across the hotel.
All inclusive package is extremely limited, nothing on the package is worth drinking, food in restaurants runs out, and when you ask the restaurant staff to prepare more, they respond with laughing at your request.
I asked for my room to be cleaned at 9 am. At 5 pm, still not cleaned.
Hotel accommodates drunk adults in kids pools, shouting and screaming with no concern to other visitors.

Beautiful hotel with amazing staff. We upgraded on arrival to a villa with its own pool and to ultra all inclusive. Amer on reception was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Ahmed, Walli and Godson at the Club Members Beach bar were all excellent, our sun beds were always ready when we arrived and they knew what we were drinking and kept us supplied. The food at the beach was delicious. We ate at the Basilico restaurant every evening, the service was great and all the staff were super friendly. The food was excellent and cooked to perfection. The room was cleaned every day and mini bar restocked daily. Spoke to the manager Mr Garcia who was always had time for a friendly chat and to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to return later in the year.

The staff are absolutely amazing and very hard working. This is great but their hard work cannot make up for the dated appearance of the hotel, rooms and facilities. Our room was awful, linen was very worn and looked grey! The bed and other furniture was very old.
The pool area is very poor with loungers which look and feel very tired. All the community bars were soulless. The marketing pictures are quite misleading, don’t be fooled if you want a nice experience.

A wonderful trip in a wonderful hotel. The service was excellent, and they gave me a room with a sea view. The food was delicious, everything was clean, fast, and high-quality. I'd especially like to mention Salah, the staff member who checked me in quickly and resolved all my issues!

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and would like to express our sincere gratitude to Salah at the reception. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional. He kindly arranged an early check-in for us, which we truly appreciated after our journey, and later extended our room so we could properly rest before departure. His support made a real difference to our experience.

The spa was absolutely amazing — the massage was professional, relaxing, and one of the best we’ve had. The spa area itself is beautifully maintained and creates a calm, peaceful atmosphere.

The food was delicious with a great variety every day and generous portions. There was always plenty to choose from.

Our room was very comfortable — especially the bed, which ensured a great night’s sleep. The hotel is quiet and peaceful, which we valued a lot. Housekeeping was excellent: the room was cleaned daily, towels were fresh, and water and coffee were always replenished.

Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Thank you to the entire team for such a pleasant experience.

Salah welcomed us at the reception with outstanding customer service. He was extremely kind, helpful, and professional, and truly made my sister’s stay a wonderful experience. His support and warm attitude made all the difference.

We are currently staying at The Cove Rotana Resort, and overall it has been a lovely week for my husband and me.
The resort itself is beautiful, with easy access to the beach. It has a village like feel rather than a busy hotel complex and is very relaxed. The swimming pool area is particularly peaceful, with extremely comfortable loungers, making it a perfect place to relax. A thoughtful touch is the small red bags provided to hang from your parasol, which signal to spa and water sports staff that you prefer not to be disturbed — a great idea for those wanting complete relaxation.
The buffet restaurant offers delicious food, although it can feel quite manic and busy at times. There is also an à la carte restaurant that can be booked, and if you are on the All Inclusive package you receive a 55 AED allowance per person. The food there is nice; however, on one occasion we had to wait around 30 minutes before being offered a drink, despite having a 7:30pm reservation and the restaurant not appearing particularly busy. We are returning again tonight and hope for a smoother experience.
My husband had two massages during our stay, both of which he thoroughly enjoyed. Unfortunately, my experience in the spa was disappointing. I had booked a relaxing facial, but instead of being treated in the spa area, I was taken to the hairdresser’s section and seated in a barber’s chair, where threading was almost started — something I neither expected nor wanted. I was then moved to a treatment room where steam from a machine was directed at one side of my face, becoming increasingly hot and uncomfortable. Combined with the noise from the hair salon next door — chatting, laughter, and clippers — it was far from the relaxing experience I had anticipated. Although I was refunded, I was disappointed not to receive the calming treatment I look forward to on holiday.
The resort is very clean throughout. The rooms are quite basic compared to other places we have stayed in Ras Al Khaimah, but comfortable enough. While it has been ideal for a peaceful break as a couple, I don’t feel there would be quite enough to keep our two late-teen children entertained for a full week.
All staff have been polite and helpful throughout our stay.
Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable holiday with a few areas that could be improved but we would definitely return.
