What stood out the most was the warm atmosphere, the cleanliness, the fresh towels, and the comfortable, spotless bedding. I also appreciated the convenient location, with easy access to the shopping mall and the airport. Everything felt welcoming, comfortable, and well cared for.

Nice hotel, convenient location near the Charleston Coliseum.
Pros:

Staff was friendly and the room and facilities were clean.

Cons:

The AC unit was very loud which made it a little hard to get to sleep. The AC should be serviced. (It was a very hot week in SC, so it could be due to the excessive heat that the unit was overworking.

Pros:

Very, clean, friendly service, and quiet. I was worried about the airport being so close but that was not a problem. Slept peacefully through the night. So close to the Tangler outlet stores we could have walked!

Cons:

We couldn't stay longer.

I like the location being convenient to restaurants and stores.

Cons:

The elevator was extremely slow. The property only has one elevator. The beds are extremely hard and uncomfortable. The kitchen area is extremely small and the breakfast was not the best.
